The after effects of an unstudy step...
Suddenly he felt her going stiff in his embrace... he loosened his hold around her n she corrected her clothes feeling conscious... she was looking everywhere but him... n quietly moved to the washroom n shut herself in it!
It had been a while n she wasn't out yet... something in her behaviour felt out of the place. .. like she has determined n decided on something! Like she was fighting a battle with herself!
It was nearly half an hour she wasn't out yet!
He was about to knock the door when he heard a click of the knob... she looked so worn out. ..was she crying? But we talked every out right or was there more...
She walked pass him averting her eyes away from his questioning ones. .
Sighing he stepped into the washroom looking around shaking his head he locked the door n came out to find her sleeping cuddle up into a ball... covering her properly with the blanket he switched off the lights n settled himself next to her.. making sure not to disturb her..
Planting a small kiss on her hair he turned to the other side n closed his eyes!
He knew she was tired with all her emotional outburst n all the heated argument she needed a good amount of sleep. ..
But for some reason he also felt that behind those calm n peaceful eyes there was something strong brewing he felt she wasn't sleeping n he couldn't sleep too...

No he is not the one lacking behind in her relationship it was her... she was the one who didn't accept him... she was the one looking for excuses to put the blame on... she was the one who always took a step back!
Why should he wait for her... wasn't his actions justified... of course yes he all he wanted is his wife close to him... her denial at every step would hurt his ego. ..he is a man he would also have his limits of tolerance!
Her one wrong move would leave her family name shattered of years to come!
What will she tell her mom that she wasn't able to guard her marriage even for a week!

It was a little too late in the night or better say wee hours in the morning he found answers to all his questions n doubts when let all his guards down in front of her!
His wife his companion whom he owed to protect n love n cherish all his life... hugging her close to himself he cried out bitterly... With her by his side he had his future if not her there is no present too!
What would have happened if he was a min late... what if she had opened that lid easily!
Looking at the pesticide bottle which was thrown far away from them he rubbed her arms making sure of her being safe n sound!
The whole scene played in front of his eyes like a real! Her walking into the washroom with slow steps making sure her payal doesn't make any noise... n when he found the door open n entered with hesitation making sure he didn't see something that would embarrass her!
But the scene in front only shock him from his soul! She looked miserable with her swollen eyes which has tears still flowing! N her attempts to swallow the sobs that were about to erupt from her lips... which she was stopping not to disturb his sleep! Cuddled up in one of the corners of the bathroom. ..
And the bottle of pesticide which her delicate hands were trying hard to open!
When she couldn't she looked up at me desperately trying to hide it from me in her pallu
It's not opening!
He immediately pulled it from her n threw it far away from her reach!
What ever there problems were they were not more than her life!
Picking up her from the ground he took her out of the washroom with her wiping, her n his tears with her hands...
There is one darkest phase in everyone's life live it one will find death easer face it you emerge stronger!
She was educated and a matured individual... she maybe the one who fought with the boys for her best friend and was literally named Hitler for her style of taking things... but when it comes to herself she was still the same nave girl who cried whole night in her seniors lap thinking if she had given wrong signals to the boy who happened to hand her a love letter!
From the third person pov it might have felt that she was wrong n suicide was definitely a foolish idea! But for her it was the momentary happiness that mattered... with all her rational thinking gone by drain she only wished at least he would be free from her!
Her silly act unknowingly only strengthened her relationship... he kept on looking at her stroking her hair while she slipped in to deep slumber till the sun rose n was shining bright on their lifes!
It is said that Marriage is the emotion that brings stability n patience in to a person!
With the start of a new day she was reminded the events of last night n also the stunts she pulled. ..
