Public prosecutor argued in that court that superstar Salman Khan's driver is a liar. "Ashok Singh is liable to be prosecuted for perjury (giving false evidence on oath) as there are circumstances to suggest that he was telling a lie," argued prosecutor Pradeep Gharat. Salman Khan was prsent at the court during the final argument.

Salman Khan is not the only one to be worried when his court session is near at hand. His uncountable fans too are as much concerned as the actor. Fans should know that Salman has appeared in court on 6th April. Now, it would be interesting to see what destiny holds for the actor this time. The court session is sure to draw more attention because the hit-and-run case took a fresh turn recently.

It was last week that the court saw the presence of Salman's driver Ashok Singh. The driver was seen for the very first time in all these 13 years of the case. And he brought about a dramatic change in the case with just the first hearing he attended. His statements were shocking and were all over the news the minute it was revealed what he told the judge. He came forward to confess that he, and not Salman, was the one driving back in 2002. It was he who hit the people outside the bakery and one person lost his life in this incident.

But the driver gave valid explanation for what had happened. He explained that he didn't do it purposely and the car was struck by some technical problem. He said, "I was driving when the tyre burst and the brake jammed. The car went over the steps. I saw that people were trapped beneath. I got out of the right side and Salman too got out of the right side as the left door was jammed." The court then straight away asked him if he had bribed to say all this, to which Ashok said no.

The car was Toyota Land Cruiser. Ashok said that he along with Salman tried to lift up the car, but it wouldn't move. He was then asked where he had been all these years. Ashok said that he wasn't aware of the proceedings of the court so he stayed silent. He further expressed his sorrow, saying that he "felt bad that Salman had to go through all the trouble."

Salman had stated in front of the court on 27th March that he wasn't driving the car. Public prosecutor Pradeep Gharat said, "Till then, his name had never appeared in the case, barring a small mention in the beginning of the investigation that Ashok Singh used to drive Salman's car in the day. At no point in time had the actor claimed till last week that Ashok was driving the car."

What the hell does that even mean? He didn't know that he had the option to come forward and say he was the driver? Or that he didn't know Salman was being charged as a culprit in that accident? Either way it's a bad bad lie!!

I wonder if Salman Khan has the option of coming clean now and making some kind of a deal with the prosecutor? Like he would admit to everything and the court would be more lenient on him and sentence him to 6 years instead of 10? Or it just doesn't work that way in Indian courts? I watch a lot of Law & Order 😕

Don't just call him a liar.

Prove he is with that "overwhelming evidence" against Salman 😆

On Aap ki adalat, Salman had said he was sitting behind the driver's seat. In the court, he said he sat beside the driver's seat.

You can check the video on YouTube. Anyone can see through his white lies.

Hold on. He didn't know about the court proceedings for 13 damn years when it was all over the news? Where has he been living? In a cave?

The lies have become LOL-worthy now.
Why did they take an alcohol test of Salman if his driver was the one driving? This explains why Salman's films hardly make any sense in terms of story or logic. They suck at coming up with logical stories. This is what they came up with over the past 13 years. The driver didn't know about court proceedings. Seriously?🤓

Almost everyone with a television screen in their house knows about this case. And if this guy was Salman's driver all these years, it seems rather ridiculous that out of all these people, HE doesn't know of what's going on. A lot of pish posh, if you ask me. He's clearly been paid a large sum of money to take the blame on his head.
