Completely agree with you. Today, I felt Emon was the weakest based on his last Gala performance, and Chang had been one of the best. Based on most recent Galaperformance, it should have been Emon or Prashant. I was sad to see Chang go as well.
Agreed. Now let me ask the Janta a question regarding Indian Idol. I know its too late now and not worth it, but still. I need some honest answers, if anyone feels like answering them.
The format of Indian Idol is the following way: They have a Gala round and then the public votes overnight for the contestants available for that gala based on that Gala round and the next day the results of the public voting are revealed. Now lets take the disco round, for example. Chang started the ball rolling with a totally mind-blowing performance of Om Shanti Om. Judges gave all praises and good opionons about that performance. Next Prashant performed Ek Hasina Thi and Judges gave so so opinions. Next Amit performed Yaad Aa Raha hai and was another mind blowing performance with praises from judges. Emon next with Saara Zamana and so so comments from the judges. Finally Ankita ended the Gala with another brand new version of her own of the classic Aap Jaisa Koi and judges were quite impressed. Now after all these professional comments are given to help the Janta vote and they still cannot vote for talent, then why is the public voting system still used?? Its obvious that its nothing, but just a money making scheme by the sponsors and the cell-phone companies and Sony TV. The Janta makes it look like its an political election rather than a musical show.
Grrr....I cannot type anymore as I am just getting more frustrated just thinking about this bullshit. đĄ đĄ đĄ
