Are Judges allowed to pick their favs?

It is now very clear that Judges do pick some contestants and make them their indian idol and keep supporting throughout despite they make a series of mistakes and weak performances.

For example Javed is blamed to prefer Ankita, Alisha openly campaigned for Chang n blamed to prefer Emon too, Udit wants bring a girl II that means Ankita, Anu said Amit is his idol for couple of times.

ARE THESE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT SOMEBODY FROM THE CHAIR OF A JUDGE? IS THIS THE EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS IN INDIA?

judges are supposed to be impartial. this is ridiculous the way alisha chinoy behaved. she cannot cry or come and hug like that. this is a competition and in the end the best have to go for one person to win. indian idol is getting ridiculous. the judges should never let the competitors know who they like.

are the judges the ones who're choosing who goes through and who gets the boot? no. in that case, i don't see how it's wrong for them to have favourites. at the end of the day, all they're there for is to comment after each performance. they have no power beyond that. that said, too much apparent favouritism is annoying.

If so, then let us not say them JUDGES. They are insulting the word JUDGE. Lets bring a stunt supporter for each of the participant, and let them allow to speak out after each performance, how does that sound?

yea i dunt think the judges shud let the contestants noe der fav. as the audience if u think highly of Udit ji..n u noe ankita is his fav....den u mite b influenced to vote for her...also it mite affect the contestants performance if dey think none of the judges liek dem but dey liek all de others..liek at the moment no one is truly fond of Emon.. 😭 😭javed ji already criticized him by saying he coppies sonu...udit ji is set on having a gurl indian idol n Anu ji has already declared Amit has his idol.....i think the judges shud only b der to comment on evryones performance n help dem improve..... 😊

judges & host shld be neutral!!

well like everyother person judges can have their fav as well,but when they are on the judges chair they shud be fair and supportive to each and every contestants,shud'nt hype one and underestimate the other.they shud boost the morals of every contestants and point out the mistakes and faults if any ,without being biased.
