Ky2 has always focused on social issues like homosexuality, teen pregnancy and recently #itsnotusitsyou I.e., gender equality.
I genuinely think alya has an eating disorder. Maybe she is bulimic. And everyone, I request you all to Google this disorder, before saying anything hurtful. It is an extremely sensitive issue and should not be joked about.
I believe in the entire fab 5 group, alya is the only one left who has to say, "Thanks nandini. Tum nahi hoti to kya hota."
So once again, nandini will help alya cope with her bulimia.

Bulimia is an eating disorder where in an individual eats a lot of food and then purges (vomits) it all out. It starts of at a simple level but then comes a point when the person loses a lot of weight. They suffer with health problems like gas and skin issues. Also, they have a bad self/body image. They tend to go into depression and become suicidal. It varies from person to person. Puking becomes a necessity within few hours of eating.
Some girls are known to use purging as a sense of control in their life, when under crisis.
This is my assumption. I do not think alya will be pregnant.
