Ok guys just watched it here in the US...since it just came on at 6 pm here tonight....im sitting in Houston looking at the downtown part of the city right now (im from here too btw) and whoever said this is right...Akshay looked like he wanted to cringe and hide in a hole everytime Mauli took the mike. So did I. I had high hopes for her that she would represent us well and I am very shocked and disappointed (*sighs* and yes, I knew we were going downhill before- not the first time Im feeling like this).
She is a good singer in her own right- Im not saying she isnt- but as far as this competition goes, for her to remain while other good singers are eliminated isnt right and its not fair. And im talking from her own home city. Again please accept my apologies to everyone in India. My favorites are Raja, Aneek, Amanat, and Harpreet (would have been Junaid in that list too if he was still there). I also hope Amanat considers changing back to his old hairstyle and to ditch the bandana- besides having a voice to die for, I always thought he was rather cute just being himself without the spiked hair. Aneek is a cutie and its awesome hes got all this going on at only 18 years. Raja and Harpreet are great singers- they will go far. Mauli we love you but its time to get off the stage. Enough said.
