Salman Khan lost an appeal yesterday againist a conviction for shooting an endangered species of gazzlle, and must now go to jail.

He is alleged to have slit the throat of the chinkara-a type of gazelle-he had shot before giving it to the chefs at his luxury hotel to cook.

The cinkara killing earned his five years in prison,of which he served 3 days before being bailed while he appealed.

The appeal failed yesterday.Khan was not present at his appeal hearing in the Rajastani City of Jodhpur in western india , and must surrender or face arrest!

Sallu in trouble, so i guess he has a big decision!!

What do you think he shud do?
