deoll you can't say anything about aishwarya aout doing surgery or face surgarey because you have right to say like this about her or anyone cous you are not god. you saying in chilldhood every children is so different from when he or she grow up.. you sayingshe wear contact or lenses. let me tell you that she wear brown lenses in dhai aksar prem ki and guru if you remember. in childhood pictures she has a same lip size that she has go now.............
