Mahakumbh Kahani ab tak

While this week has been very good from Rudra Maya scenes POV, the story seems to have reached a thehraav.

There was no urgency in the story angle about the danger to humanity looming

The nagas after their award winning performance of Jhalak Dikhla Ja,

have been replaced by 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi'


Once in a while Shiva and Prof do stand around looking grim,

and talk about amrit and kund etc.

Its been pyaar ishq aur mohabbat for quite some time now.


I guess Babbal and Co have written this as a two part series and part 1 is about to end.

Looking back, the story has moved really fast

and rudra has come has come a long way just as he has returned to the roots.

Every now and then the story pauses, takes a breath, and then presses on into the next movement like it's a tempestuous piece of music...

Actually this past week was the most critical week where the story reaches a tipping point. Rudra has found that resolve to save Maya. That could be huge.

Like you pointed out, this is a prelude. Action will start in part 2. So far, we have seen that the forces have gathered in Mahakumbh.

I have another question along those lines. Rudra might really discover his powers only after Maya dies. But if he thinks Maya ko kuch nahin hoga then why does he do all these to make her happy. He believes inside that maya will be no more? And is only trying to put up a brave face?
