The episode begins with Rudra and punnu, where Punnu tells rudra that he while he may not have half a note, but he is Rudras good friend so will be with him. They leave together to get the medicines for Maya.
On the way punnu tells rudra how he's been practicing to call Maya, bhabhi. In the hospital Maya happily recalls rudra telling her how much he loves her and fallen alseep.
Rudra and punnu realise that they can't read the prescription and decide to return to ask the doctor about it. At the same time a black hooded sinister looking figure enters mayas cabin and injects a dark coloured liquid in her IV drip.
Just as rudra and punnu enter mayas room they cross the figure on its way out, and on entering the room see Maya unable to breathe normally. Rudra has a vision of the hooded figure and chases him, while punnu waits as the doctor examines Maya.
In the mean time punnu informs Dadi as rudra follows the hooded figure. Doctor informs Dadi, Ganga, shiva and punnu that mayas organs are failing as her blood clots are rapidly forming in her body and she has only a few hours to live. Dadi wants to use some special medicinal herbs for Maya but doctors inform her that it's too late for that.
Rudra looses sight of the hooded figure, but hears Maya calling out to him, through his special vision and rushes back to the hospital. The family worries how they will inform rudra about mayas condition!
Rudra arrives and he looks calm and is smiling. He assures the family that nothing wrong will happen to Maya, and goes to be by her side.
Prof Rao gets a senior specialist who asks for mayas reports.
Rudra tells Maya that his home is with her and he will always be by her side.Maya and rudra talk and Maya asks him if he's hiding anything from her. Rudra tells her that he has nothing to hide from her and wants to take her home, as they have lots to do after they leave the hospital.
He gets Maya ready to leave, she says she can't walk, and rudra will have to carry her, and rudra is happy to oblige.
Thapadiya mai also comes to know of mayas condition from Dadi, and is very upset.
