Part 1
Ahil reaches the location where Sanam is locked up. But its Sanam-2. Ahil opens the cage and Sanam-2 says ur enemity is with Ahil, pls let me go. Ahil turns her around and is shocked to see its Sanam-2. She hugs Ahil and smirks. Flashback shown of Sanam-2 holding a hammer. Sanam-2 self thought, not just ur mom but i also know how to play games. Ahil makes Sanam-2 sit on a chair and asks her how she reached there. Sanam-2 says had gone to get meds but some masked people caught me and brought me here. They wanna kill our kid. Whoever they are, they wanna wipe off ur family. Sanam-2 breaks down. Ahil wonders who it can be. He asks Sanam-2 if she has any doubt. Sanam-2 says if anything happens to their kid, she wont survive. She begs Ahil to save their kid. Ahil asks where are the people who kidnapped her. Sanam-2 stammers and says no idea. She says they were saying that they will do what they did to Sanam. Ahil stops in his tracks. Sanam-2 says they were saying they will kill me like they killed Sanam. Ahil is shocked. Cops reach the location. Ahil is frozen.
Sanam is in the hosp and docs are checking her. Doc tells her all is well, nothing to worry about. Shaad asks Doc how Sanam is. Doc says physically she is fine but mentally she is hurt and has lost her memory. Shaad is shocked. Shaad asks how long will it take to cure her. Doc says no idea. Shaad says she has to remember all, she is clue to my biggest mission. Doc tells him that if he forces her to remember, she can forget whatever little she remembers. Shaad worries that if Sanam forgets everything then. He asks Doc to treat Sanam well.
Sanam-2 steps out of the car but fake trips. She says cant walk. Ahil rushes to help her walk. Ahil and Sanam-2 step back in the house arm in arm and Sanam-2 smirks. Gazala-Razak watch the duo in surprise. They say that Sanam-2 is faster than Tanveer.
Shaad brings Sanam to his home. Sanam faintly remembers her house and says this is my house. Shaad wonders if Sanam has remembered all. Sanam says i remember my house, the outline but its not this house. Sanam has a headache and Shaad helps her to get inside the house. Ahil helps Sanam-2 to lie down on the bed. Sanam-2 holds Ahils hand as he turns to leave. Sanam-2 says i am very scared. Ahil says only one girl can stop me like this. He removes his hand from her grip and says ur not that girl. Ur here but what u did, i can neither forget that. .nor forgive u. U r here till ur delivery and will leave after that. Sanam-2 says.. Sanam. Ahil says .. nothing has happened to my Sanam. If something happened to her, my heart would stop beating. No matter where she is, i will find her and bring her back. I will find her. Ahil leaves from there. Sanam-2 fumes.
We see a masked person put a pen drive in a laptop. The person had beaten Pak soldier. He is shown surfing thru various data and breaks the laptop. He says this is not the file i was looking for. Where is that file. He remembers seeing Shaad at the location. The person removes the mask.
Part 2
Shaad gives Sanam a glass of water and asks her to rest. Sanam asks if there is some occassion at their home, there are decorations. Shaad tells Sanam not to worry about it and says till ur better, stay in the outhouse. Till i come to take u personally, stay here. He asks her to rest and leaves. Sanam wonders why Shaad is not taking her to the celebrations at her place.
Shaad enters the house and sees all arrangements. His family greets him and congratulates him on his nikah. His father spots him and tells his sister, ur Shaad is here. She opens her arms and Shaad runs to her and hugs her. Father tells Shaad they have been waiting for long for him. Shaad asks his phoopi how she is feeling and asks her to sit. His phoopi says since u said yes for the nikah, i am feeling great. Even if i die i will be at peace. Shaad tells her that she will live 100 years. Shaad tells his father have something urgent to talk to u. His father tells him they will talk after the nikah. He asks his sister to rest till the nikah is over. Several guests greet his father and congratulate him. Shaad's sister tells him that he is not yet ready while his bride-to-be is waiting shyly for him.
Part 3
Ahil gets a call about appointment at Maternity Home. Nazia asks Ahil the matter. Ahil informs her the matter. He goes to Sanam-2 and says that he cant consider her his wife but he cant deny that she is going to be the mother of his kid. He assures he will fulfill the duty of being a father. He says no more excuses. He informs her of the appointment. Sanam-2 resists. Ahil tells her that docs will decide that. He leaves from there. Sanam-2 is worried. She rues one more trouble. Cant go for check up. She wonders who took the appointment. She worries that if Ahil finds out the truth he will kick her out of the house.
Precap -- Sanam is dancing on 'Katiya Karun' outside the Outhouse with other guests at Shaad's wedding.
