21 August 2007 (Sawf News) - Bollywood actress Aishwarya Bachchan, who plays the lead role of a detective assisting the bumbling French police detective Jacques Clouseau, played by Steve Martin, was seen filming the sequel to The Pink Panther in Paris, around the Grand-Palais. Accompanying Aishwarya on the sets was her husband Abhishek Bachchan, also a leading Bollywood star and son of Amitabh Bachchan. Claims by a Bollywood starlet that Aishwarya's role in the film was earlier offered to and rejected by her because it was a bit role, are false.
