Sagarika stood still there since few minutes near that room , where Bunty is sleeping .
Sorry Bunty , have to leave you now , that goon lured by my beauty , but failed to realize the presence of a precious heart and mind in a girl's beautiful body . I have to take some hard decisions , leaving you is the most hard than anything in my life . But have to , that goon left no other option for me .
She moved swiftly from there towards Bunty , touched his lips with her finger tips lightly and moved from there with her head held high .
She came out of the house silently at that wee hours and reached the
police station . But she noticed a shadow is following her , shocked at first , and then thoughtfully shaken her head and started her journey towards a logical end .
Received a phone call from his sly friend , Resham too started from his sprawling bungalow with a wicked smile ,on the way saw Sagarika going towards Police station with a frown he followed her , but did n't realize another one is following him .
She reached the police station and sat there on the chair in front of the murdered body of
SP .
From behind heard Resham's voice ," no need to cry my beauty , I asked you to come to my farm house , to enjoy with me in a bridal dress , instead why you came here again ?Luckly , I ordered all the police staff to go on Patrolling ,not to come here on duty till morning . Before anybody notice you let us go to our farm house" .
Sagz saw towards Resham and from the corner of her eye noticed Satya hurriedly calling somebody from her mobile .
Yes , every thing is going on according to plan , she thought . She started pleading Resham, he is in his lust best , started his advances , Saagz started arguing , he started threatening, at the end she started threatening him with anger ,--
What do you think about me , I have to yield to you ? No way , I am not for you , at this point Resham lost his cool and caught hold of her shoulder and pulled her towards him. From behind Bunty's heavy hand pounced on his neck , but at the same time police entered and made them separate .
Resham realized the changed situation , immediately changed his stand too , and implicated Saagarika in the murder of Police Officer ,---
" While coming from a party , I saw this lady running in to this police station , curious , followed her and then saw that she grabbed Madam's service revolver and shot the SP madam at point blank , I questioned her why she did it , meanwhile her husband came here and started hitting me . thank God !You came on time , otherwise he would have killed me too .
Police arrested Sagarika and shut her behind bars . A criminal case was filed . The police were busy doing the other necessary duties .
Before going from there ,with a smile Saagz thanked Satya for calling Bunty on time .
Satya confused . Her intention was different , this is the right time to create a rift between them , so that she will be able to get her Bunty back .
Every thing happened in a lightning speed , and Bunty was yet to realize what is happening around him , with blank eyes glared at her , she was there behind the bars with a determined look .
Later Bunty asked Satya , how do you know this ?
" I followed her with suspicion and caught her red handed" , with a thrilling voice she told him .
Did you see Saagz murderd the police officer ?---Bunty questioned .
No ! That man came here and questioned her , instead of coming to his farm house why she came here , when I reached there they are quarreling , so I think it is better to call you , so that you will see your wife's true colors with your own eyes . Bunty, she is not a truthful wife to you .--
Satya cautiously chosen her words to instigate anger and hatred in Bunty's mind against Saagz .
Meanwhile his entire family reached there and heard from Swara ,what is happening since few days .
They realized the efforts of Saagarika to save Swara from this rowdy RS , by doing so she put her life at risk . Now they are all grateful to her and started loving their Bahu most .
Bunty started thinking and slowly connected the loose ends and now he got the entire story in front of his eyes ,realized his wife's traumatic situation .
The police officer on duty proceeded to the spot to investigate facts and circumstances of the offence ,collected evidence ; arrested the suspected offender Saagz , examined various persons present there and take their statements in writing to produce at the time of trial including the accused Saagarika and the prime witness Resham Singh ,taken all the necessary steps for filing a charge- sheet , a criminal case.
A criminal case is built upon the edifice of evidense . Because of the sensitivity of the case , the court provided full protection to RS ,the MLA's son . A police officer will be present with him to safeguard his life from the accomplices of the criminal . They are suspecting there are some accomplices to assist her in that night .
The case came up for hearing immediately and started moving on fast track ,because it involved a police officer's murder .Many court hours spent in arguments and counter arguments .
Public prosecutor tried his best to argue that Sagarika killed the SP for not filed an FIR against Resham Singh , on the allegation of teasing Swara in the college compound . He asked the defense lawyer to produce the witness ,but they failed to produce a single witness to prove that point .
The college students were afraid to help Saagz and Swara because of the big-wigs' involvement in this much publicized case .
Public Prosecutor alleged that Saagarika is a loose character and tried to lure Resham Singh ,who is surrounded by wealth and political power , but he refused to yield to her , so she tried to implicate him in a police case and tried to harass him . The Trail court adjourned for the day .
On one TV channel , the reporter said ,---Saagarika who has been arrested for allegedly murdering a PO when she was on duty , has reportedly revealed some truths , and some more persons' involvement in this crime .
Police will decide about arresting another suspect only after verifying the details The police said -
We are suspecting the involvement of more accused in this case and are inquiring on it . The suspect and the criminal are continuously on contact with some more persons , till the arrest of Saagarika .
The reporter said -
Now many questions remain unanswered ,
Who are the other criminals , how police came there uncalled ?
Why Resham Singh shown interest to arrest Saagarika on the allegation of SP's murder , what are his intentions ?
Why Sagarika sat there without showing any tension or repentance in front of the SP's dead body ?
Why Bunty reached there before the police ? Who is that girl who informed Bunty about his wife's movements ?
Why the police station was deserted at that early hours of the crime ? Why SP was alone at that time in the police station ? How a weak and delicate girl managed to out smart a well trained and experienced police officer ?
Why no body in Saagarika's house knows about her going out at that odd hour ?

Next day in the court --
After investigations and trial , the arguments of the public prosecutor completed .
Defense lawyer Sneha started her arguments to defend her client from the criminal case and pleaded that her client was not guilty and was implicated in this case by vested interests.
Then Sagarika pleaded Judge to give her an opportunity to say something , before coming to a legal conclusion .
Judge agreed and gave her permission to reveal her point of argument .
Silent suffering and unheard agony ,is it a woman's life , fate ?
In every stage at every level of her life , the women has to be ever ready to make sacrifice , whenever a male wanted to have her , she has to offer her soul and body to that
sex maniac , they were not even considered as human beings , always considered as toys for the amusement of a egocentric , lust filled man who is still displaying animal instinct.
Are we not eligible to have our likes and dislikes ? why You are not giving us scope to take our own decisions not even in our own life ?A woman is not safe anywhere . The recent death of a Delhi girl has shown us how unsafe our country is for a woman , every man should hang his head in shame for that heinous crime .
To add insult to injury, more reports of rape cases have come even after the case of Nirbhaya. What attitude does our nation exhibit to the outside world ?It is an attitude of male chauvinism and female victimization . It is a universal shame . Hundreds of rapists down through the years have escaped scot free only with nominal punishments and yet how many lives of young girls and women victims of rapes and molestation have been destroyed. Why is a molested girl looked upon with contempt by society and not a rapist man? Is it not a sheer injustice and prejudice ?
Women have always been the silent victims in such crimes .Silent suffering and unheard agony ,is it our fate ?NO !! Not any more .Her voice resonated in that Court Hall -
It is high time to realize , if grief linger in a women's soul , result will be LIKE THIS , they will rock the cradles without children in it . Then what will happen to mankind? The emptiness , no future to a MAN .
My struggle is to break all shackles and set new laws of existence for girls .We want to live , to love you more , to give you your future . Try to see the beauty of a mother , try to rock in her heart .
We are not silent lambs anymore , we are the roaring Tigresses now.
This is my mild protest against the provocative behavior of the male in general and that animal named Resham Singh in particular .
Oh? by murdering SP in the police station ? Resham Singh sarcastically questioned .
Who killed the SP Mr Criminal ?
The question hurled at him from behind and he saw behind and was stunned .
The SP herself stand there with angry looks .
You ? Still alive , how , who deceived me ?
Resham started shouting , police surrounded him and Duryodhan too.
Every body surprised and there was a big noise in the court room and Judge asked her to explain .
She stand in the witness box to testify , started explaining --
" When Saagarika came to my police station to lodge a complaint against Resham Singh , my own staff resisted to act , then I have taken the case in to my hands and started handling it myself .
I warned RS's father about his son's immoral and indecent activities under the cover of his power , I forewarned him , if he continues behaving with girls like this , I have to take drastic action , and informed him ,--" anyway I lodged a complaint against your son and I am going to take action " ,-- he was disturbed and feared that he may lose public support , which is necessary for any political leader for his survival .
In the evening I got a threatening call from this goon , warned me to restrain from poking in to his affairs , and said " I will rape her in your police station" , --he has many accomplices in the police force, he warned me that he can go to any extent , to be ready to face the consequences . I called Saagarika and explained her my plan , the only way to save her from his advances and to save her family from further harm , that is her arrest , then she will be safe, he can't do any harm to her in the police custody , he will be under constant threat with the fear of getting exposed , so that he won't be able to do any harm to her family members . He unknowingly entered in to his death knell by coming to the police station in that night and asked her to come to the police station to meet him ,which worked for our favor ,in implementing our plan successfully . she is a brave girl and readily agreed to my plan.
He came to the station in an inebriated state and sent Duryodhan and others from the site and killed me point blank .
She paused , then with a smile explained ,-" the police know how to lure a prey towards a cage ,
I posted my confidants around the station and as expected RS killed me with my fake revolver , and called Sagarika to that place and implicated her in my murder , then called her to his farm house to douse his lust . She was disturbed . Then after he left I called her and explained her what to do .She came straight to the police station in the early morning again and Resham came back to the crime site ,and the expected result of Saagarika's arrest and in the full notice of public, the case came to the forefront of media attention .That is what we wanted .
Honorable Judge , being a police officer , above 40 , I am also not safe in this country , what we have to do to safeguard our life ? The only solution is ,we have to take the problem head on ,have to solve this problem by ourselves . Waiting for a husband or a brother to come and save or solve the problem , or bearing the brunt and silently suffer , live forever under the cover of fear , is it our fate ? Not anymore -now we are ready to rewrite the human history ,
Realize the woman power , honor the life giver , Women are the Earths from which life springs forth. Within the oceanic waters of her womb creation occurs. When an egg receives the Breath of Life, it begins to build a temple (head/mind/body). The woman provides all of the energy, resources, protection, and time to construct a new being, therefore the mankind is forever indebted to her.
The entire mankind owe thankfulness and gratitude unto her. The carriers of the womb should be cherished, honored, and respected. Men should be humble , should be a women's helper and partner, not her controller or dominant !
SP's voice resounded in that old court hall , evoked many feelings in the minds of listeners .---
No need to say that Saagarika was acquitted on all counts ,pronounced not guilty .RS was arrested under attempt of Murder of a Govt officer on duty and Duryodhan was fired from his job.
On that evening Bunty asked her , why you did not share the incidents ,the truth , this traumatic situation with me ?
If I revealed it to you , you will try to save your sister from that goon , then think about taking revenge against him because he wanted your wife , but he has power and money behind him and packed with cruelty , which will harm you and in a way Swara too , so to safeguard the entire family's interest I have accepted SP Madam's plan and took full care so that Swara's name never comes out .
Some times clever decisions make sense rather than relying on brothers and husbands to apply force . We have to grow beyond the over dependence on men Saagarika said these words thoughtfully.
So now are you ready to cradle our first baby with a smile , our future life in it Saagarika ?
A strong feeling of love touched her heart .True love will always withstand the test of time. she cradled her love in his arms .
