When Salman beats up 10 men at a time with bare hands...we know in our hearts that this is not humanely possible...yet people love Salman's larger than life image..

If it is done well enough to convince then why not?? After all it is ACTING and not REAL LIFE...and who knows because of this our older actresses might get a chance to get back too...

Umm...do people realize how much visual effects cost?
A big Hollywood film will usually keep anywhere from 1/3 to half of the budget just for VFX. If it's needed in every frame it goes even higher.

Good VFX are just not financially viable in Bollywood for more than a frame or two.

Ofcourse budgeted crappy Red Chillies VFX might make it viable but even then this 17 y/o VFX character won't or rather can't be on screen for an extended time.
