VFX technology..is it a new lease of life for older stars?

Right now I am not so sure how and IF its going to work but if it does...what does it mean for BW in general and particularly our older stars like the Khan trio, Akshay, Saif, soon to join them Hritik...Does this VFX give them a new lease ?? Does it mean that now a role of a 20 year old would be up for grabs by a Varun and a Khan alike??

We have seen how technology made Salman become a singer...I mean I loved that HANGOVER song and Salman himself said that it happened because of that auto tune or whatever they are using...so if technology can make ur voice melodious ...what if it can make one look younger??

What would that mean for the younger stars?? What if the older ones won't retire for the next 20 years now??😆
