I think the murder drama is created to trap Resham singh. He is a politician's Son and Police is also in support of him, how can a common man or women can succeed to nab him unless they play his own game. Moreover he made a fake MMS of Sagaarika also which when he make it public will spoil the reputation of the family.

Think it is a take-off on that episode of Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, where the boyfriend kills the lech.

In this case, I hope it is Sagarika alone or SagUn together, who have plotted against the lech.
