I think report was that ishita can conceive child not pregnancy report two totally deffrenet things

As a symbol of their unconditional love ISHRA must have their own baby.

If they ever show Ishita geting pregnant hope they dont show ruhi getting jelous of new born baby or ishu being step mom drama

it seems ishita will be mother so in future ishita ruhi mu can occur
