Bunty is waiting for the evening since morning !
He planned many things for this Valentine's Day evening ! He wanted to put some variation in their normal day routine .He planned out-of-the-box Valentine's Day date ideas that are anything but ordinary for his lovely wife Saagarika .
He informed her that , he wanted to take her to his friends' marriage, three in a row, throughout the night in different venues , in the presence of all the family members at the breakfast table . At first Ammaji denied permission to Saagz ,to move out with the rival , but later Babuji convinced her with the argument , that , it is a family feud, should not reveal to the outside world , so it is proper to let her go with him , Granny supported this argument .
Ratna and Swara started giving advises to Saagz , what to wear in the evening for the function .
But Bunty advised her ,not to wear any gaudy dress and heavy jewelry , be simple because they are middle class people .
In the evening, to get ready, Saagarika entered in to her room -
Lo and behold ! there was a yellow chrysanthemum on the pathway of the room . When she went further , there were rose petals on the doorstep. She went inside and saw a rose-petal path leading all the way to a table, where he had laid out a dozen roses and a gift packet . In it she found a peach colour sari with other lingerie . She was surprised and realized the mischief of Bunty . Dropped the idea of wearing anything for a marriage and with simple elegant attire she came out , with stars in her eyes .
Ammaji warned her not to yield to the male charm of the enemy and advised her to come back straight home after the marriages . They agreed and hurriedly pushed themselves out of that house .
He opened the door for his maiden and she, like a queen sat there beside him in the car . They are on their active escape !Bunty wanted to give his romantic mood a sporting twist , and wanted to share much more memorable moments with her .
Varanasi roads are just like a melting pot , where both death and life come together !
The Valentine's day young crowd is bubbling everywhere , a new glow on their faces , a flow of young blood in every step of those young couples , with smiles on their lips, a zest in their
words .
This day is the perfect occasion to let love precede over everything , now is the time to
romance .
Bunty, my dear macho man, now tell me the truth , where are we going ?
To the Hotel for dinner and to spend some time in our special room !
What ? You booked a room in the hotel ? If somebody see us there ,then -
Saagarika , who will see us in that room when we are swaying in each other's arms ?
Oh, so much planning for this evening ? I have to admit , my man is so romantic today !- with a smile she whispered.
Ofcourse , if you are by my side , I will conquer and rule the romantic world !
Ha...Ha , I know that , no need to say it in public !Her sweet voice evoked many lovable thoughts in him .
Romance is visibly vibrant on the Varanasi lanes .
They reached the hotel and checked in . The lobby was very crowded and suddenly somebody caught hold of Sagarika's hand .
She was stunned seeing the student goon Resham there and Bunty looked at him with anger. Hey man --who are you--- questioned Bunty and tried to push the man away from Saagarika , but he still trying to grab her towards him .
He was drunk and unable to stand straight , but with lust he tried to kiss her , and Bunty slapped him hard and shouted at him . The staff intervened and made them separate and advised Bunty and that man to behave . But that man was unstoppable , again started harassing her and this time Bunty hit him on his face . To stop the violence , the Hotel staff asked the two parties to leave the premises immediately .The guards dragged Resham from there and send him out . With confused looks Bunty asked Saagz what is the matter ? Will tell you later , but let us go out from here . She felt insulted and embarrassed to be there . They came out and sat in the car .She told him about Resham's misbehavior towards Swara and his challenge too .
Saagarika , I will meet that fellow tomorrow with the wrestler gang .Now let us come out of that rigor and decide where to go now .
He stopped the car near a chat corner and ordered Banarasi Chat . The boy handed over them the hot plates of chat and collected the money and went away . He stopped the car in the end of the road and there was no traffic in that road end . Bunty pulled her towards him and kissed her on her lips , she tried to stop him , but find it hard to stop from leaning herself towards him !
Suddenly there was a knock on the car door . Bunty opened the glass window, and saw a policeman stand there !
What are you doing here in this darkness ehhh?
Nothing sir , my wife is pregnant , she wanted to eat chat , so ---
Meanwhile Saagarika shown her Mangalsutra to that man in a hurried way , and he convinced .
With an elderly tone , he advised them , Ok my son , go back to home early , revelers and rowdies are roaming on the road , be careful .
Saagarika , let us go somewhere else , where there will not be any disturbance !
Bunty , by the way , how you bluffed to that policeman that I am pregnant ?
If not today , after tonight you will be , right ?" he said with a teasing grin.
He speeded-up the car and reached the out skirts of the city Love is descending from the moon and reaching the hearts of the young couple . He is taking his lady love for a leisurely drive at that beautiful night time .
They are taking the love vows afresh , holding each other in an embrace and started sharing their love dreams .
Saagarika , this chain with Ruby pendent is for you , it has to touch your heart all the time just like my love , with a kiss he adorned her neck with that present .
With a smile she pulled out something from her handbag . A Ruby Ring !-- he lost himself in her smile while she was putting on that ring to his finger .
The car started and they went where the love has taken them , and lost themselves in that romantic night's alluring mood .With closed eyes , she expressed her love in the form of hugs ,and he shared many moments with her in his passionate kisses . He gently pulled her towards him .
Valentine's Night is the witness of many romantic stories since centuries. While couples across the world were dining by candlelight, cozying in cars, and sprinkling rose petals on their beds ,attempting to orchestrate the perfect evening and the most romantic moment in that dreamy night !
Love does n't seek a perfect moment; it seeks a REAL moment.
