I agree! I always thought once Tanveer is defeated AYSA's kids and Aahil and Rehan will have a happy life as a family together. They will finally get the happiness that had eluded them all their lives!
THAT was the fitting end to the story. Not Rehan dying, dont know what will happen to Seher. Dont even know what will happen to SAHIL now. After they killed off ASYA, Najma and Gaffur at the end of Season 1, I never thought they intended to have MORE people killed in Season 2.Now it appears one of the good characters got killed and then Tanveer and possible Faiz! I jut dont get it. Your right. SAHIL will have a lonely existence without their siblings, and they will only have each other, since neither have parents either. It's VERY sad indeed! This story could have gone SO much better but they just messed it up and this is their idea of damage control!

Ah, but see. Rehaan isn't seen as Aahil's only remaining relative in the show who genuinely loves and cares for him. He is Seher's lover, who everybody hates so him dying and SeHaan's lovestory remaining incomplete and ending is a reason to celebrate. I've seen very few genuine posts from the fans expressing grief over Rehaan dying to save Aahil's life. Mostly it's full of ill concealed glee and fake sympathy.
Also, no. There cannot be a happy ending without family and QH won't have a happy ending. Sanam and Aahil will always feel guilty for Rehaan's death. It's a terrible burden to carry. Khair, it's water under the bridge now.
