The only Oscar curse I had heard about was if an actress won before her actor significant other the relationship, at times long term, ended.

Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin divorced after her win.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philippe divorced after her win.

Julia Roberts and Benjamin Prat broke up after her win.

Halle Berry and Eric Bennett divorced after her win, though he was never an actor, just a musician.

Seriously though, all these couples had issues and would have divorced/separated anyways. But sometimes it's fun to speculate on the Oscar curse.

And while I'm speculating, maybe that's what PC and Shahid ended because she win an FF long before him lol.

Shahid goes into flops again ? he never gave any genuine hit recently.. Haider is an exception, and films like these do not need a box office hit status, so he deserved the trophy.. otherwise i dont think Shahid has anything to offer from Box Office point of view..

about Vidya and Rani.. Vidya was never again a hyped actress, her work was her only weapon and so were her awards, infact she is the only one who deserved those awards in a row for three to four times.. she can definitely keep winning some more..

Rani, welll . she butchered her graph by doing all YRF crap... but still she had her prime time for 5 years and thats a lot for any actress in bollywood..
