Lakshmi Vanthachu is a Tamil soap opera that airs on Zee Tamil. The show is set to launch on February 2 Monday-Friday at 9:30PM. Starring Deivamagal Serial Fame Vani Bhojan acting Female lead lore. Directed by the popular big screen director Suresh Krissna.

Plot :

Lakshmi Vanthachu is the story of Nandhini, a girl with great Indian values and one who steps forward to help the needy at any point of time. Her life takes a turn when she falls in love with the guy of her choice but ends up marrying another guy due to situational crisis. When she starts loving her in-law's family and lives life her way, she gets to meet her ex-lover as the brother of her husband. How she handles him and copes with the situation in the family forms the rest of the story. Her intelligent way of handling the problems, finding a solution to it and sculpting her life beautifully will inspire many.

Episode 1

First episode starts with a wedding scene.. bride is the lead character nandhini who is been brought up by her chithalpa n chithi.. Groom is a software engineer.. A granny arrives n says she is alive today bcz of nandhini only n flashback says how she helped the patti..

Nandhini's motto to others " Udhavinu yaarachum ketta kandipa pannamum n takes promise from others"
Real happiness is to make other person feel happy..

While getting ready she keeps on calling to someone who is in driving.. she comes to the mandabam n abt to sit but she receives a phone call from a doctor who seeks help from her to save a little kid who needs O-ve blood urgently..
Nandhini postponed the wedding n goes to hospital along with the groom n saves the kid..
Back to mandabam pandit tells them to refresh n Shr sits worried in her room, she receives a msg from a person n becomes happy.. she removes her jewels n escapes from the mandapam wit a bag in the auto..

Looks promising.. But it clashes with my favourite serial Vani Rani.. Is there a repeat telecast of this??
