Why is Rajat bothering with his mother? He needs to ignore her for her to realise what she has done.

I think Rajat has to stop trying to convince his mother..and kidnaps Anu instead . Escaping with Anu. And spending many nights in jungle is enough to creat a scandal..which their parents can't find another way but to accept their marriage.

See i feel minty knows that anu actually doesn't not love her son rajat ...mothers instinct and anu is just proving her right by doing papa jaap...no married woman in love with her husband as claimed by anu...will leave her husband for her mayaka...anu is not sanaskari...minty is right anu not suitable for rajat. ..anu veer and all sanaskari shastri family ekdum suitable ...rajat ko baksh do

There is no other way then this and I must say its the best thing Rajat has to do ..he is trying to convince fools/selfish/brainless people.. They will not understand him ..anu is your wife and u have full rights on her ..just show them their places in yours and Anu's life ..

100% Agree, That's why I said in one of my post that he needs to change his surname or he needs to go shastriji's house to stay as ghar jamai ,there is no other way...

I think you are right Jyoti.

I understand Anu's sacrifice when her father was in a serious case. Now that he became fine she has to sit with him and make him understand that she is Rajat's wife and will remain like this..she can't marry any one else and spoil her life. At least she can prove that she truely loves Rajat ..

Well said. don't agree with all the people criticizing Shastri famiy though.

The older sister, the brother-in-law , the father - nobody wanted to seperate anu and Raj .

Infact they were happy with the alliance. They have been pushed , prodded and shoved

to do what they are doing now. Their only 'mistake' if it can be called that is to

rush the other alliance for Anu. But they are probably worried that their girl will be the

subject of speculation and may be left slandered if she is not quickly settled and moved away.

As for the sareen men, Minty can slap anu or nearly kill her ( as she did her Father)

All minty has to do is cry or fake suicide and they will expect Anu to put up with Minty.

after all she is the boy's MUM.😆
