{ Humsafars 30th January 2015 Written Update }

The episode starts with Anam telling Arzoo that business is first priority for her and Arzoo tells her if business is first priority, then for her; Sahir comes first before anything. She tells Anam she can't go inside but Anam goes in and asks Arzoo to stop her if she has the guts. Arzoo tells Anam to speak in a low tone and takes the file from Anam's hands. She starts reading the file and Anam asks her why she's reading the file. Arzoo retorts back citing that she's reading the file with the rights of being Sahir's wife and she doesn't want any trouble to befall on Sahir or Saiyyara. An angered Anam asks Arzoo if she remembers who she's talking to and Arzoo sarcastically reminds her she's the daughter in law of the house who works in her husband's office. Anam grabs the papers from Arzoo's hands and takes Sahir's thumb impression. While walking out; Anam stops mid way and tells Arzoo she won't forget how she treated her and Arzoo says she won't forget either.

Arzoo goes to Sahir's side and wonders what kind of family he has. She says she has realised that for the family he's not human; he's only a money making machine. Arzoo goes to Alvira and tells her she needs to ask her something important. When Arzoo calls her 'aunty', Alvira stops her and asks Arzoo to call her 'ammi'. Arzoo happily obliges to Alvira's demand. A shocked Alvira loudly calls out to Zaki after receiving a message on her phone. When Zaki makes an entrance, Alvira in a scared one tells him she got a message threatening her about her son's life. Zaki comforts her and tells her he's fine. He takes her out to calm down leaving her phone behind. Arzoo takes this chance to go through Alvira's phone and reads a message that says her son's life is in danger. She says the message states that there will be an attack on her son but she didn't think of Sahir. Instead she just called out to Zaki. She wonders why Alvira didn't worry about her elder son. She rushes into Alvira's room and searches her wardrobe where she finds Sahir's medical file. Arzoo is shocked to find the parent's information blank and remembers the doctor calling her the only family member. She recalls how Alvira had excused herself during Sahir's operation citing some important work and also recalls Alvira's concern for Zaki and not for Sahir. Arzoo then wonders if Alvira isn't Sahir's mother then whose mother is she.

Kurti Apa walks in and congratulates her on finding out about another secret about Sahir's life. Arzoo asks her who Sahir is and how he's related to the house. Kurti Apa says the house doesn't belong to Sahir and she tells Arzoo that Sahir isn't the son of the house because Alvira is Zeenat's mother. Furthermore she tells Arzoo that Zeenat is Alvira's daughter and Sahir is her husband therefore Sahir is also related to them. This shocks Arzoo and Kurti Apa narrates about how Sahir was orphaned many years ago and he only got love and relations from the house he is in. Kurti Apa walks out after taunting Arzoo and telling her only Zeenat has a right on Sahir.

Arzoo ponders over how Sahir has no one related to him. She says he has been alone for 7 years fulfilling his duties towards the relations in the house. Arzoo is hurt knowing that Sahir hid a very big secret from her. She says that the secret is unknown i everyone including the mysterious attacker. She walks to Sahir and holds his hand and noticed the poison bottle on the side. She sees the drip changing colour and is shocked. Arzoo pulls out the drip from Sahir's hand and thinks about how to get rid of the poison from his body. After a few seconds of thinking, she starts sucking the poison out of Sahir's hand and spits it out. She does this a few times and finally falls unconscious on the floor. This causes Sahir to wake up and asks what happened to her. Upon getting no response, he looks around as sees the poison bottle and also noticed the drip changing colour. Sahir calls out to Zaki and Alvira while trying to take Arzoo in his arms attempting to make her open her eyes. He falls on the bed with Arzoo due to the pain from the injury. The duo fall unconscious just when Zaki walks into their room. He sees them sleeping ever so closely together and turns around. While turning around, he also spots the poison bottle and hurriedly calls the doctor.

Later, Vikram questions the family members what happened. Irritated; Zaki tells Vikram he has already said what he knows but Vikram mocks them about the number of secrets the house is holding. He asks Zaki to repeat what happened and Zaki narrates about how he found them unconscious when he went to their room. The doctor tells everyone Arzoo saved Sahir's life an Vikram praises her. Kurti Apa gets annoyed hearing Arzoo's praises and asks Vikram when he's going to catch the culprit just to divert the topic. Vikram asks her to extend her hand and she asks him whether he's planning on becoming an astrologer. Vikram tells them he will match everyone's finger prints to the finger prints on the bottle of poison. Alvira tells him to stop speaking nonsense but Vikram says he's serious and his junior will be there soon to take their finger prints because it's the only the culprit can be caught. The screen freezes on Alvira's face.

Precap: Sahir asks Arzoo what she's talking about and what he hid from her. Arzoo tells him she's aware of the truth that he's not Alvira's son because she's Zeenat's mother. Arzoo tells him she didn't know he's all alone. Sahir intently look at her.
