Why Srk is wasting his talent?

Why is Srk make useless movies like Ra.One and HNY? Both home production and both useless silly trashbin type movies. Why is he doing this? Why can't he make movies, which sends out a good message. We have seen him doing good movies like Chak De, Swades, Veer Zaara (even CE wasn't bad)

He is a very boring actor. In fact, my first topic almost 5 years ago was bashing him. I have indeed come a long way and still feel he is stiff. 😡

It is not really necessary to even give a good message

RA.One...umm... can never watch this one...I will definitely give HNY a try soon...I like masala movies which don't irritate the hell out of you...He is a very good actor when compared to his peers although the same cannot be said about his script sense of late

His last few movies have given just one message 'be patient..it will end soon'

Ridiculous to be honest. He is a good actor. I loved him in MNIK. Swades. Chak De India (that last scene when he wins the tournament - those emotions were so real after all he went through), to an extent Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na. Veer Zaara, Kal Ho Na Ho (was a very good performance)

I'd love to get an answer to why he's doing crappy movies too.

Probably a complicated answer.

To make it short, there are two very unfortunate ideas that SRK believes when it comes to a movie. One, that it should not be done SPECIFICALLY to give out a message. If there's a message in it, then good. But he won't do a movie just to convey a message. According to him, "Messages are for the post office. Movies are for entertainment."

Second, he needs to enjoy himself while making a movie, which amounts to a million other stuff. He's sort of spoilt like that. Like example for Ra.One, he LOVES the idea of advancing technology and VFX. Plus he loves action movies. Plus Aryan loves superhero movies. Plus SRK loves presenting everything on a huge scale. So that's why we end up getting Ra.One.

But hey...Fan and Raees are up. Finally a chance where our faiths stand a chance of getting restored. I definitely think fans of SRK (the actor) are going to love these two movies. Let's keep our fingers crossed that he signs some more good ones.
