I know man. This is not the SRK I grew up watching and loved. He is doing shitty movies where the "comedy" is cringeworthy and not funny. While watching HNY, I thought, man is this the same guy that was in Kal Ho Na Ho, K3G, Chak De India?

He is right, movies are meant to entertain, they do not require a message being portrayed. But that does not mean that you can show the audience any random shit and call it entertainment. I believe that a comedy/masala type movie CAN be good given a good script. Unfortuantely, that combination does not seem to exist in Bollywood these days.
