The commissioner tells Kabir to arrest Trisha. Kabir takes the warrant from him & leaves.
Kushan climbs up to the water tank & discovers Samar Singh's (security guard) body. He regrets playing this game with Lavanya as he didn't want Samar to be killed. He had paid Samar to scare Lavanya. They decide to get rid of the body.
Sonali asks Trisha if she knows where Vivaan is at. Trisha is shocked to learn he's missing & fears she'll lose him too. Sonali yells at her for saying that. Trisha runs off, crying. Gaurav chides Sonali for being insensitive. They receive Vivaan's MMS where the goons are torturing him. The kidnappers call them & ask for 2 crore rupees. They also warn them not to contact police.
Trisha calls Kabir saying she needs him by his side as she's missing her parents. Kabir says that he'll be there soon. Outside his office, the reporters bug him with questions on why he hasn't been able to solve the case. Kabir goes to meet Trisha at the Swaika house. She asks him who killed Amrita. He promises her he'll find all the answers soon. He shows her Jaanvi's picture (it is not Varsha's picture by the way- it's been switched). Kabir asks Trisha if she's seen her before around her house. Trisha denies seeing her. He tells her to be cautious & never leave the house to go anywhere all alone. As they are standing at the door, Gaurav & Sonali leave with a bag hurriedly. Kabir enquires from Trisha why they look so tense. Trisha tells him that Vivaan is missing. Kabir calls Kadam and instructs him to follow Gaurav's car.
Lavanya sends off all her servants out of the house.
Aditya notices that one the medication bottles is missing from the samples that were kept at his table.
Kabir learns through one of the officers that 2 medications were used to spike drinks at the party. Kabir concludes that one of them could be the drugs which Vivaan takes but he's confused about the 2nd drug. He goes to meet Aditya & enquires if the medication is available at his hospital. Aditya says he'll find out. Kabir leaves. Aditya realizes that Meghan stole the medication bottle from him & then spiked Amrita's drink which killed her.
Varsha comes to meet Kabir at his office & asks if he's ok. Kabir shows her the picture of (fake) Jaanvi & says that she's the murderer. Varsha is shocked & asks how he's learnt about Jaanvi. Kabir tells her how he investigated around & came to the conclusion. Varsha says that it's possible that Jaanvi could've forgiven Prateek by now. Kabir says that he'll have to ask Lavanya about Jaanvi.
At the Grewal house, Lav-Kush are busy rolling out Samar's body when Kabir shows up at their door. They hide his body and open the door. Kabir enquires from Lavanya if she's seen the girl in the picture (Jaanvi). Lavanya agrees seeing her years ago, but says that she has no idea where she could be right now. Kabir leaves. Lavanya wonders who could've murdered Samar & trapped them like this. She tells Kushan that this person is closely keeping an eye on them. And he could be the one who photographed her when she shot at Trisha & also could've shot her in the stomach. Kushan wonders if it could be Jaanvi, like Kabir is suspecting as she has the strongest motive. Lavanya remembers how her parents committed suicide too. She wonders why Jaanvi hasn't trapped them when she had all the proofs against them. They both wonder if Neha could be helping Jaanvi.
Gaurav & Sonali reach the site where kidnappers have called them to. Kadam informs Kabir that it's a case of kidnapping & calls for back up.
The kidnappers take the money & decide to kill all 3 of them as they can't risk getting caught. Kabir & Kadam arrive on the spot & save them.
Vivaan returns home safely. Gaurav tells him strictly to stop doing drugs. Vivaan learns that Amrita is dead. He is shocked & goes to meet Trisha. He empathizes with her. She urges him to behave responsibly towards his parents & not take them for granted as she's experiencing the pain of losing her parents.
