Akshara had a good few years learning how to handle home life before she started working and here Karishma was working first and then has to handle home life.

Karishma should start working somewhere else. Working in a family business will create problems for both families.

I said that Shaurya is wrong before watching the episode. But after watching the episode, its in deed Karishma who is wrong, for not only in taking her job for granted but as well as for not accepting her mistake and there after not behaving nicely with others in the house.

And I agree that comparing Karishma to Akshara is Wrong! because Karishma has her own personality and they both are different individuals which should be respected by all. But instead, both Maheswaris and Singhanias compare Karishma to Akshara which is not correct. Why they have to give example of akshara always when karishma does something nice?

2. But Maheshwari's are not right when they talk of Karishma & akshara in same breath that akshara is managing both, not you etc etc. They all need to remember when naitik was in coma & akshara had office, naksha was pretty much managed by his dadi, she would drop him school, feed him etc. Even Akshara admitted that. So, she was not managing both! Even now, I hardly see her work & when she does she misses house work which her in-laws handle. There is no such thing as 100% at home & 100% at work, one has to be down. you sacrifice some & u get some

regarding 2nd point:
I completely Agree with you. Vishambhar had no right there to compare Karishma to Akshara for the sake of defending Shaurya's decision. Karishma has her own personality which needs to be respected and accepted.
Yes, I agree that in case of Akshara, she always had so many people helping her in house, she was not alone doing all the work of house as well as of office. And there is seriously no need of comparison between two people. People there need to see that one cannot manage both house and office at the same time, and even if it does, or if they say, then it takes lots of time to tackle situations like this. Karishma is new in to this and it will take time for her to manage both. And I agree that even Akshara cannot managed both things, so how can they expect Karishma to manage both so soon?

yup, agree, we hardly see Akshara working now and even if she does, there has to be something pending at home, so its about something will get sacrificed, either home or either work. That ways our life also run. We get problems in managing home and office together, and after some months or years we make our habits of managing both.

@Bold: I only want to say that yes, Karishma has lots of things to learn since she is very new to this phase of her life. However, For learning the management of things, especially house and work, it takes time and I'm sure you will agree with this. :) So, there is just need to give Karishma some time to get settled with things around her.

If Karishma had accepted her mistake, she would have probably got her job back.
