I guess they are trying to show Aksharas worth how well she balances both office n home.karishma is trying to be a good bag but in that she is taking her work for granted which is also not good why should sharia suffer if she trying to be a good bah shauryas point of view is she should inform that she can't work or should be responsible for work.or he should hire someone else in place of her.i don't find any harm in shauryas decision

karishma should balance both,,,,she should not take the job for granted...

He did correct one Karishma take time to do both Office and house works

But in karishma home no one known about the grandma death :( so she takes leave :( it's not karishma mistake also :(

I don't known why they still not open tthe nani death :( all are mad :(

It's not about nanis death...but it's truly karishmas mistake..she has no clarity she only wants importance...once office is more imp or else house ...but she should not run away from her work... shourya is absolutely correct...hw could karishma blame akshara its office matter why does she bring akshara in every issue ????

Shaurya and Karishma both are wrong. Karishma is wrong for taking lots of leaves from work and Shaurya is wrong in firing karishma. Shaurya can't mix work and personal life. Varsha told that he's disturbed due to Nani's death so its very unproffesional of shaurya.

She isn't accepting her mistake and that's what kind of annoys me. If she was running late she could have phoned someone at work and told them to handle the stituation. Also it can't be expected of Karishma to be able to handle both work and home life and its unfair to compare her to Akshara. Akshara had a good few years learning how to handle home life before she started working and here Karishma was working first and then has to handle home life.

Karishma should start working somewhere else. Working in a family business will create problems for both families.

But Maheshwari's are not right when they talk of Karishma & akshara in same breath that akshara is managing both, not you etc etc. They all need to remember when naitik was in coma & akshara had office, naksha was pretty much managed by his dadi, she would drop him school, feed him etc. Even Akshara admitted that. So, she was not managing both! Even now, I hardly see her work & when she does she misses house work which her in-laws handle. There is no such thing as 100% at home & 100% at work, one has to be down. you sacrifice some & u get some

i dont think shurya is wrong... if Karishma wasnt working for shurya she would have been fired long ago... no company would tolerate loss of a client coz of an employee... and to top it off she is not accepting her mistake... oh i was only little late to meeting (the fact is that meeting had ended by the time she got there)... oh I only sent information to client a week late...oh why didnt someone else do the job... well why the hell did she take responsibility when she couldnt fulfill it...the bottom line is that Karishma has a lot to learn... she has proven that she is unable to manage family and work together...
