Part A

I will always protect you


Its been two months since the Goa accident, Akash has maintained distance from Ananya but he's been cordial with her and Natasha too since Natasha is shocked after the incident.

One day Ananya gets ready to leave her home as she has a flight to Mumbai, she calls shefu. Shefali picks up her phone and says "Hi di, how are you?" Ananya says "I'm fine, tell me how's the new college" Shefali says "It's good". Then Ananya says "Nice to hear that". Then Ananya says "Take care, I will talk to you later as I have to leave to reach the airport". Then Shefu says "Okay di take care" and cuts the call.There is a knock on the door, Ananya's mother opens the door and and finds Megha in front of the door. Ananya's mom welcomes her and Megha says that she came to see Ananya. Then Ananya's mom says that Ananya is in her room and she will call her, but Megha says that she will go to her room. Then Megha goes to Ananya's room. Ananya sees her and says "Megha, You here" then Megha says "Yeah" and looks worried. Then Ananya spots it and says "What's wrong Megha, is everything alright". Then Megha says " Yes, Well I found this key when I cleaned Mahima's room" Then Ananya says "Key, what key?" then Megha says "I don't know, but I think its her coin locker's key as I heard her mention once that she had a coin locker".Then Ananya says "Why give me and not Akash?". Then Megha says "I tried calling him but he's not answering". Then Ananya says "Where is her locker?". Then Megha gives her the location and the key. Then Ananya says that she will go to the location and then go to the airport. Then Megha gets tensed, then Ananya says "Don't worry I will get her stuff and give it to you after my return". Then Megha says okay and says that she will leave. Then Ananya says "Okay, take care and don't worry". Then as Megha leaves the gate, a man is seen standing far away watching Megha leaving Ananya's house and then calls someone and tells him something.

Then Ananya bids off her Nanaji and her mother and leaves.

Akash is in his home getting ready in his room and then he gets a call from his Boss. His Boss informs him that he will be flying with Ananya today and tells him to be on lookout and not to let his guard down and also tells him that there will be some of DIB agents there in Mumbai and the agents will be around him just for security, and he also says to keep maintaining distance from Ananya which made Akash a bit sad and then Akash said "Yes Sir" and cuts the call. Then Akash leaves his house.

Ananya reaches the location given by Megha and she goes and looks for Mahima's locker and finds it and opens it and then she gets her stuff out and puts it in a plastic bag and leaves. While she reaches her car, A man is shown in his car watching Ananya and spots a orange book in the plastic bag and he figures out that it is the same diary that they were searching for. Ananya sit in her car and leaves for the airport.

Ananya reaches the airport and goes to the pilot room and she sees Akash there talking with Mr Sen. Mr Sen Notices Ananya and says Hi to her, Akash sees her and says Hello to her. Ananya replies Hi to them and takes her seat while Mr Sen and Akash continue their conversation. After Akash ends his conversation with Mr Sen, he goes to Ananya and tells her "Let's go First Officer", Ananya looks at Akash and says "Yes Captain" and both of them leaves

Both of them reach the aircraft and take their seat and Akash asks Ananya to prepare for take off and the flight takes off.
As the flight is in mid-air, there was a complete silence in the cockpit both of them wanted to tell each other a lot but they could not. As Akash tries to speak with Ananya, the cabin door opens and the air hostess brings coffee for both. As both of them have their coffee, Akash suddenly smiles and Ananya notices it and asks Akash "What happened, why are you smiling like this". He says "I just remembered our Fog Flight". Then Ananya remembers how Akash made fun of Natasha's coffee and she too smiles softly. Then Akash says "Ananya I'm sorry for being rude with you and I wanted to thank you again for saving my life". Then Ananya says "Captain You thanked me last time too remember". Then Akash says "Yeah right but I wanted to thank you as my friend". Then Ananya says "It's Okay". Then their flight lands in Mumbai and both of them sets off to hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, both of them goes to the reception and take their room keys and goes to their room respectively.

Once Ananya enters her room, she places her travel case at the corner and goes and sits on the bed, then she opens her bag to take out her phone, but as she takes her phone out, her cell-phone strap gets tangled to the plastic bag, so both her phone and the plastic bag comes out, then Ananya untangles the phone strap and puts her phone on a side and looks at the contents in the plastic bag. Akash is shown near the window, he picks out his phone and sees that there is a missed call from Megha which went unoticed by him, then he calls her and asks her as to why she called him, then Megha says that she wanted to tell him that she found a key in Mahima's room and she called him to tell him about it but since he wasn't answering so she gave it to Ananya Then Akash asks her as to what key it was, then Megha says that it was Mahima's locker key. Then he says "Okay Thank you Megha" and cuts the call.

Then Akash gets a call from his Boss. His Boss tells him that "Akash Our informer found out that there was some surveillence outside of Ananya's house and that Ananya went to the Post Office and opened Mahima's locker and got hold of her diary. His Boss orders Akash to get Mahima's diary before the enemies does." Akash says "Sir please, I request you to keep watch on Ananya and Megha's house as both of them might get targeted". Then the Boss says "You just get the diary and don't worry about the others" and cuts the call.

Akash calls the hotel operator and asks for Ananya's room number and he gets it and sets off to her room.

Ananya recieves a call from an unknown number, she answers it and a man tells her to hand over the orange diary that she has to him, Ananya says "who are you and why do you want the diary?"He says "It doesn't matter who Iam but I'm sure Akash is important to you right?" Then Ananya gets shocked and says " Captain Akash". Then the man says "Yes Captain Akash, if you don't want to see him dead, just give us the diary that you have". Then Ananya panics and says "Okay, tell me where should I give it to you" then the man gives her the address and asks her to be there on time and warns her not to inform anyone about it. Then Ananya takes the diary and leaves. As she approaches the elevator, two men walking the opposite way notices Ananya putting the diary in her bag and leaves. Akash reaches Ananya's room but he doesn't find her and leaves.

Akash reaches his room worried about Ananya and calls her a number of times. Ananya on the other hand is in the cab and she cuts Akash call everytime but at last she gives up and replies. Akash says "Ananya, where are you, I wanted to talk with you so I came to your room but you were not there" then Ananya says " Well Akash Iam going to meet my friend as I promised her that if I came to Mumbai I would meet her". Akash notices her quivering voice and says "Okay" and cuts the call. Then Akash call his colleague and his colleague tells him that he saw Ananya heading towards the elevator and she was having an orange diary. Then Akash asks him to get the door of Ananya's room open and cuts the call. Then Akash calls the DIB office and tells them to track Ananya's cell-phone.

Ananya reaches the given location and it is an old house and it looks like that it would collapse any moment. Ananya pays off the cab and heads to the house, she opens the door and enters and says "Hello, I've come here as ordered and I haven't informed anyone about it". She looks around and walks to the stairs to the second floor as she walks in the coridoor of the second floor, she feels that the floor is not stable so she walks carefully, just when she walks she doesn't notice that the path ahead is missing some wood pieces due to the darkness. Just as she is about to put her feet on the empty place. Akash calls her. Then Ananya turns around and gets shocked to see Akash. Then Akask come closer to her and then Ananya says "Akash why are you here" and Akash says "I came to get you". Then Ananya says "Leave from here Akash or else they will kill you". Then a man appears and says "So Captain Akash also came here right" then he shouts at Ananya and says "I told you not to inform anyone about it right, but still Akash came here". Then Ananya says "I've brought the diary you wanted, just take it and leave us". Then the man says "both of you will die" and he aims his gun at Ananya. Akash notices the laser on Ananya and he rushes to her. Just then there was gunshot sound echoing in the house and Akash is shown embracing Ananya but both of them falls down on the emply place and lands on the floor beneath with wood pieces surrounding them. The man comes closer to the empty place and watches Akash and Ananya lying on the floor beneath. Akash is shown lying on Ananya's left side and his left arm is on Ananya's body.Then the man goes to the bottom floor and approaches them and he sees Akash bleeding from his head and then he sees Ananya being covered with blood on the abdomen side. Then he goes to her bag and takes the diary and calls his partner and tells him that he got the diary and orders him to burn the house down and he leaves.

Missing

The scene starts with the house being set on fire. Akash and Ananya are still lying in the same place and both of them are unconcious. The man watches the house burning and says "Good bye First Officer Ananya and Captain Akash Saluja" and he leaves with his partners.

A flight lands in Mumbai and Akash's Boss arrives at the Arrival section, he leaves the airport and gets into a car that was waiting for him. The car leaves. Then the Boss gets a call from the DIB agent and the agent says "Sir, there's a problem. The location in which Ananya and Akash went is set on fire". The Boss says "What! The location is on fire" and he continues "Akash! Where's Akash and that girl". The agent says "I don't know, when I got here the place was already on fire". The Boss says "What! Just find those two, I don't want anything to happen to them alright" and cuts the call.

The man gets a call from his Boss and he says "Sir, we got the diary and don't worry sir everything is under control. No one would suspects us" and cuts the call.

Akash's Boss reaches the location and sees that the place is completely being consumed by the flames and the fire brigade is trying to put off the fire. As Akash's Boss gets out of the car, he gets a call and answers it, while speaking he says "What!" (Shocked) and says "Okay" and he gets back in the car and leaves.

A hospital is shown and Akash's Boss is shown going to the Emergency Ward. As he reaches the Emergency Ward he spots the two DIB agents standing in a place and he goes to them. The two agents greets him and the Boss says "Where's Akash, is he alright and Ananya?" One of the agents says "Sir Akash was shot on the right side of his stomach". The Boss looks shocked and says "What!" Then the other agent says "Yes, the two are now in the Operation Theatre" Then the Boss says "What did the doctor say?" The agent says "Since the time Akash and Ananya were taken to the Operation Theatre, the doctor never came out". Then the Boss gets tensed and asks the agents "Tell me what happened". Then the agents tell him what exactly happened.

FLASHBACK

Akash reaches the location and sees Ananya entering the house, his colleagues tells him "Akash let's get in and nab the person". Then Akash says "No, we can't as Ananya is in the house and she might get harmed in the process". Then one of the colleagues says "But Akash" and Akash says "No, let's do this, I will go in after Ananya and you guys wait here". Then another colleague says "No Akash you can't go alone as it is too risky". Then Akash says "Yeah right, if we all go in, we all will be dead as we don't know how many people are there". Then they agree with him. Then Akash says "Okay you keep watch and I'll go in, and if anything goes wrong, you guys can handle the situation "the two colleagues says "okay" and one of the colleagues says "Be careful Akash". Then Akash says Okay and leaves while the other two are keeping watch over the place. As Ananya walks on the stairs, Akash enters the house and inspects it and finds Ananya going on the stairs and he follows her quietly.

The agents are still monitoring the place when one of the agents receives a call from the seniors and he tells the situation and the seniors tells the agent that DIB will send some back up to the location and also tells him to stay alert and ends the call.

Then the agent's spots a man coming out of the house holding the diary in his hand and the man's partner rushes to him. They see that the man is having a conversation with the other men and then he leaves to the car, while the other men goes and brings the gasoline cans and damps the entire house and one man light a matchstick and throws it on the front door making it lighting the whole place with fire.

The DIB agents gets shocked looking at this and gets worried for Akash. Both the agents hide as the bad guys were leaving and after they left, the agents cross-check to see that no one else was present at the place.

The DIB agents rush to the house only to find that the front door is being completely consumed by flames and they cannot enter. Then they go to the backdoor and find it not burned yet but there is little smoke coming out through the door. Both of them enter the house through the backdoor and they start their search for Akash and Ananya. Then one of the agents finds Akash and Ananya unconscious and notices the fire approaching them. Then the agents calls his partner and the partner comes, then one of them gets Akash and the other gets Ananya and they leave the burning house.

FLASHBACK ENDS

Later two doctors come out of the Operation Theater and Akash's Boss and the agent's rushes to them. They ask about Akash and Ananya. The doctors start off with Ananya and say that the lady is alright, she has a fractured leg and other than that she just suffered minor injuries. Then the Boss asks about Akash and the doctor says that the guy was very critical when he was brought in as he suffered from blood loss and luckily he was saved just in time. Then the Boss gives a sigh of relief. Then the doctor says that the two will be kept under observation for the next 48 hours and tells them not to worry and leaves.

Later both Akash and Ananya are shifted to two different rooms close to each other (but not too close). Akash's Boss calls his seniors and informs them about the situation and also of Akash and Ananya's condition. Then the Boss asks his seniors about what they should inform Inde Air to which his seniors tells him that they will manage the situation. The Boss ends the call and heads towards the Special ward.

Once the Boss reaches the Special ward, he finds a policeman at the entrance door and he enters and he finds another policeman appointed there but is dressed as an ordinary person to avoid suspicion. The Boss reaches Akash's room and opens the door and sees Akash lying on the bed and the nurse attaching ECG wires and saline drip to him and the Boss closes the door. After the nurse leaves the Boss enters the room and picks a chair and sits next to Akash, waiting for him to gain consciousness. Then the two agents comes and calls the Boss to inform him something. The Boss leaves Akash's room and closes the door behind him but stays next to the door. The two agents tells the Boss that there was not a single clue leading to the people who called Ananya. Then the Boss says "That means only Akash and Ananya could tell us what exactly happened". Then the Boss tells the agents that he is going to meet the hospital manager and orders them to come with him. All of them leave the ward.

After one hour the Boss returns to the Special ward to see Akash. After he opens the door of Akash's room, he finds Akash missing and gets tensed and he wonders where Akash has gone.
