Detailed Update:
Vikram comes to Shobha's house to ask about her health and also take his jacket, Sharada mom leads him to Shobha's room and complaints to Vikram about her not taking medicines, Shobha says she is fine and refuses to take medicines, Vikram doesn't heed to her, Sharada mom gives the medicines, Shobha makes an excuse of the size of the pill, Vikram halves it and forces her to take it. Saarika who came there is furious looking at them. Shobha's mom later complaints to Vikram about Shobha not eating anything, Vikram gets her to have some soup and tells her to take off , the next day, if her health is still the same.
Saarika furiously runs into her room, throws around the things and screams and yells on top of her voice saying Shobha has to leave now , and whoever comes between her and Vikram will face the same dire as Abhay and she would get one way return ticket to Shobha so that she will have to leave forever,
Garu tries to cheer up and exhausted and upset Sanju, she tells him to get ready and they will go out, Sanju is adamant and refuses saying he is tired . Saurabh and Vineeta come to their room, with a surprise for Garu, Garu is pleasantly surprised to see the pregnancy book as a gift. Saurabh takes Sanju aside to talk to him, Garu thinks she cannot abort the baby who is happiness for both families
Next morning, Naani and Vikram come to ask about Shobha's health, Sharada mom says Shobha is getting ready and she would never rest, always do some work or the other, and tells naani how Vikram got her to take medicines and food. Sharada maa asks if Vikram is taking Shobha along with him to work, Vikram says as you say, Sharada mom excuses herself to get coffee for Vikram, Naani taunts Vikram for his delayed proposal to Shobha, Vikram says she is not well and would talk to her at office, naani taunts ghar office, and if he can't, she would talk to her. Vikram tells her to relax and he would speak now.
Garu is crying and thinking about the future of the baby, whose father is just rejecting him/her, Vineeta comes there and uses the opportunity and convinces a vulnerable Garu to go for abortion to save her marriage with Sanju. She forces Garu to get ready and they will leave now. Garu goes to get ready, Vineeta thinks Garu cannot lead the race and get importance in the family and she has no option but to follow her in line. Saurabh calls Vineeta to inform about the sudden meeting because of which he cannot come home for lunch. Vineeta is happy so that she can take Garu to hospital.
Vikram goes into Shobha's room, she was sitting before the mirror and drying her hair, Vikram tells her not tun back and opens his heart to her about his feelings , their relation which changed from serious fights to nok jhoks to respect and friendship . He says he loves everything associated with her and her life from her hair, to her smile, to her kids to her life and says he wants her to be with him when they grow old and says "I love you"
Shobha comes from behind and says "Vikram Sir " Vikram turns around and is shocked to see her and that is when Saarika who was drying her hair and who heard Vikram's confession turns around shocking Vikram. An angry and upset Vikram leaves telling Shobha to meet in office. Shobha is happy thinking Vikram and Saarika have atleast started talking
Saarika is furious and hysterical, she decides Shobha has to let go off her life, she cannot tolerate anyone coming between them and Shobha will have to leave forever. She wants a killer plan to get rid of Shobha and then happily grins away to use the same fool proof formula which she used on Abhay and checks the patio railing and decides to go ahead with the plan.
Virkam walks into the parking lot and sees Saarika with the security guard, taking a screw driver from him., Saarika notices Vikram, hides the screw driver and was walking away, Vikram stops her, screw driver falls from her hand, Vikram hands it over to her and requests her not to tel anything to Shobha, which he spoke to her in the room, if at all she respects their past relation. Saarika walks away without replying, Vikram is confused with her attitude .
Saarika spreads clothes on the railing and unscrews the railing on either side and decides to spread a lubricant on floor causing Shobha to slip and fall over the unscrewed railing, On hearing Sharada mom's voice, Saarika hides behind the door, Sharada mom walks towards the railing and was about to lean on it, saarika is shocked and scared, Sharada mom, moves back.
Precap; Vikram comes out of the elevator. Shobha is holding on to the railing and screaming for help, Vikram on hearing her, tries to break open the door .
