It is good she is treating. We all have been through things like these and we should talk it out

I have suffered an anxiety disorder too and i can sense that in anushka the way she gets nervous (more than normal) on very basic things. It is annoying but i am glad she is fighting it

Just that i hope she has a proper psychiatrist for it who prescribes her these coz otherwise they can be dangerous. Some therapy can help too.

I'm glad she's open about it. She said it in the front row as well. She does yoga as well.

And hate it when people mock these kind of disorders... They are the lead cause in suicides 😭Experienced it with neighbor's son, still haunts me😔 Can't even imagine what my friend goes through everyday 😭😭 😭

yupp...its tough. for the person suffering n also for the family. my s-i-l has a 2yr old who has been diagnosed with autism. thankfully early intervention, therapy n medication helps A LOT. there is hope, but the journey can drain you physically, mentally n emotionally.
