Both are so fond of inviting others to eat at their place. Everyone knows Daya is so fond of telling everyone 'khana khake jaana ( oh God, this reminds me so pleasantly of Hansa of Khichdi ! Now Jethalal is no less. Kahaan Mehta ko bulaya khane par, jaate jaate Abdul ko bhi invite kiya.
