There is such a thing as 'creative liberty', is there not? Why not just ignore the film if it hurts your religious sentiments so much?

As for me, I've watched the film and I didn't feel offended at all (I'm a Muslim).

Perhaps broadening the mindset or being open to different ideas and beliefs could help. That is EXACTLY what this movie is about. It defies blind worship. A concept alien to these folks.

Brilliant satire.

Every time people get rabid with religion, I imagine Hillary Faye from Saved! or Marianne Bryant from Easy A. Puts their antics in comical perspective.

Yeah FIR on a movie talking about religious fanaticm , what about everyday taking rights of ppl to chose their religion and talking crap ,God FIR in India is misused

There was nothing in PK that was wrong...but the thing is that these religious leaders are scared ki kahin junta jaag naa jaaye ...toh inka dhanda bund ho jaayega...inka kaam he hai public ka ullu kaatna...

Chalo achha hai...now more people will watch it out of curiosity...jab tak inka case jaayega court mein...PK will already have made 300 cr😆

These two cannot be linked even remotely😆...The Interview was taken down because theaters were scared if real attack would happen...they would lose everything...People against PK...is religious fanaticism and nothing else...

This movie wasn't to make allegations on anything, it was for all of us to individually introspect, not to offend religion in anyway. JEEZ, at the end of the day its an entertainer. And Lord Shiva was not represented in a bad light. It was the person who was trying to be him in the natak...is portrayed in a bad light. Its people like these who don't fully understand the concept or the message that Hirani is trying to portray, that file these stupid lawsuits.

The people didn't get the main message...THE GODS DON'T NEED PROTECTION...If that guy was really Lord Shiva...would he have run away?...wahin teesri aankh kholte ...and PK would have turned to ash...but it was just a normal man dressed like Lord Shiva...how difficult is that to understand??
