The prequel made 9 times it's budget and was a success without any stars. (52crs)

This one has has known face and dance and is made on high production value. Disney/UTV will promote it big too. Also 9 peppy numbers and solo release. Same release period as Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. It has many + points. More than Badlapur at this stage

But I hear that Shraddha is playing a nondancer in the film
