Because it was Kareena who gave out a 305 word press release to the media not Karishma. And Arnab called her a hypocrite, not Karishma.

Both were witnesses and the video was about not their statement being taken. Both are at fault,why only target one😕 So is the mumbai police which were discussed in the whole video.

Y.P. Singh, a former police officer who has turned lawyer, suggested that the sisters should have been named not as witnesses but as accused.

"They should have been accused in the case. As per Section 149 of the IPC, any assembly of more than five people in a public place creating such a ruckus should be booked for unlawful assembly... If police had rightfully and correctly put the charges, then the entire group is a group of accused and should be charged under IPC Section 143 and Section 147," Singh said.

An additional commissioner who is now connected with the case, due to come up for hearing in January, said Kareena's and Karisma's statements could not be recorded as they "did not co-operate" with the police.
