From what they have shown so far it seems like she did something that really shattered Sahir...and what's more...he didn't expect such a thing from her...and he was closest to her and she ..probably betrayed him?

I think she looked down on him cause she believed he would never be rich and successful. Maybe thats why Sahir thought it was essential for Arzoo to understand the concepts of branding and marketting. He probably saw his former self in her?
