From what they have shown so far it seems like she did something that really shattered Sahir...and what's more...he didn't expect such a thing from her...and he was closest to her and she ..probably betrayed him?

It seems like a big thing from his reactions...his willingness to sell himself to keep the promise...and his anger in the hospital...

I think it was definitely related to money...and definitely more than her just taunting him...though that's what he recalls most often..it could be because that was the basis for her betrayal!
