seriously whenever sakshi is on screen others just fade away. when i saw the promo of this show and saw sanjeeda i decided to give it a try for her coz she has always been in my liked actress list but as i started watching it simone just bulldozed over everyone else in the show and today she has actually become the soul of this show. this show is nothing w/o her.

ayub khan too was damn good in y'day epi but u just can't take ur eyes off from sakshi goenka.

Simone Singh makes everyone else fade away into the background whenever she is onscreen.

I had started watching this show because its promos seemed different and because I was curious to see Simone after so long on TV.

To think, I had actually thought she was perhaps in a routine, typical nasty saas role and miscast.😆 But she proved me wrong and is the only reason I remained hooked to this show besides its initial promise and pace.

Ayub has done many villainous roles throughout so he is good but not unique. Simone has truly been a revelation as Sakshi Goenka in this show with all shades she portrays so beautifully!

She's the only vamp who has hundreds of new fan pages with thousands of likes each dedicated to her on social sites. That itself speaks for the place she has made in viewers' hearts with her performance!😊

@ bold - I just tried picturing Simone in this role and i am not able to digest it 😆 But i did think Simone doing a negative role , why did the casting director pick her up 😲 Then , she comes on screen and shoots goal after goal and straight into the audience heart .

I did guess she was doing a negative role given her stern looks in the promo. But I thought it must be just nasty, bitchy saas, kind of like mod/urban version of Kokila!😆

And still I felt she was miscast and I was like, "Yeh kya karegi?"😛

In fact I was pitying her that she is not that old yet she is playing mom to such old actors.

But she totally took me by surprise and changed all my opinion about her! That's why I respect her more. It's the first time she has done such a role and she nailed it completely. Not like a first timer at all.

I meant I had thought like this given standards of Star Plus. They are limited minds.

But Simone proved my doubts wrong.
