You know there aren't only two options in the world, that is either be Puneet's robot or be like Pritam. Believe it or not...Gautam does have the option to BE HIMSELF and think using HIS brain. That would be more commendable.

He agrees with Punz bcoz that guy comes up with the best plans and strategies , i mean why wouldn't he agree if he is gaining the maximum from it, they think alike and have common enemies na? From what I have seen, Gautam is heavily influenced by Puneet in the decisions he takes.

Gautam has been gossiping and bitching more and more since he has been with Puneet. He picks apart every little things others do and Puneet is the one who we have seen do this since the beginning. He consults Puneet on every issue, be it who's bottle to empty, what to do regarding his pathetic showmance, Sonali etc.

I understand there is a concept of being a friend or being loyal. But being Puneet's friend doesn't mean Gautam has to do everything that he wants. Respecting him is not the same as blindly following him.

Puneet's plans and strategies are not the best and in my opinion have not worked in Gautam's favour. I enjoyed Gautam much more when he wasn't spending all his time in Puneet's lap.

Puneet may not have directly planned anything against Pritam but Puneet also targeted Praneet for no reason in the week before. So I think it was high time that someone was so hell-bent after Puneet the way he has been after so many people, targeting Minissha for her issue with Arya WHICH WAS ALREADY RESOLVED, targeting Soni, targeting Karishma, nominating and punishing Praneet for senseless reasons.

Gautam is not Puneet's parchaiyee the biggest proof is his fan following and supporters. Puneet isn't as popular amongst viewers but still even if Gautam is friends with Puneet we see how Gautam takes his own decission when anything Puneet says or does doesn't sit well with his own opinion and thoughts.

Moreover many times Gautam has denounced Puneet's ideas and comments plus his Gautam city task was All GAUTAM. "Pyaar se vaar's" not like Puneet's agressions ka tashan

LOL. I agree. I love Gautam but loyalty to a friend is one thing and having a friend who is so negative and influences your mindset about others is being silly. I like that he loves Puneet as whatever, but needs to step out from under his shadow. Because Puneet does not do that in return for Gautam. when other HM's complain about Gautam to him, he simply sides with them behind Gautam's back and shows no loyalty what so ever. So if Gautam continues this pattern even after Salman's hint, he will be as dumb as Karishma.
