Sahir does feel gratitude for Alvira ... why we will find out in time only i assume ... and yes since Sahir feels that gratitude Alvira is able to manipulate him
As for yesterday alvira was talking about arzoo ... sahir is affected by arzoo already ... he was finding it hard to believe that arzoo would do it already ... thinking about the incident in his room when alvira entered ... from Sahir's POV it makes sense that he understood arzoo's POV explained by her because she is beginning to affect him ... but from Alvira's POV its just pathetic being a mom she is not worried about him losing the deal of his life instead wants to push on and on with her own plans of Sahir Arzoo
