Sunehri knows who she is & promo

As of SBS we come to know that aahil will se both sunehri & sanam together and is shocked like eveybody else but he gets married to someone else.. Ooh that was a bit shocking but i bet it is for the promo
And as of SBB dilshad tells sunehri that she is seher and sanam is her sister, and sanam failed in getting away from the goons. So before sunehri didn't care in doing anything as she thought she doesn't need to care for anyone else's happiness but now she knows sanam is not just anyone she is her sister. Of course she will get shocked. Now the spoilers said that seher will save sanam for rehan not true buddy she will save her because she is her sister. After knowing this she can't do anymore bad things to her. And as surbhi said she will get revenge from tanveer, raziya and everyone who mistreated her family...
Hope that third girl brought by tanveer thing isn't true or else it would be worse
