Saarthak is running across the corridor. He hits his head against the wall and falls down. Yamini takes him to emergency. Avni is searching for pharmacy when she collides against Vivaan. Vivaan scolds her and pushes her. She is about to fall down the stairs but Vivaan holds her steady. Avni feels him to be extremely cold and insists that she can make a herbal medicine for him but Vivaan just walks away.
Rose and Prateek are worried what happened to Sarthak and how. When he comes around he tells that what he saw there would have given anyone else heart attack.
Ranveer comes to Seher's house pretending to be a Pizza Delivery boy. When his mom goes to fetch money, Ranveer tells her that he has brought a life size dummy which she can place under the sheets so that her family thinks she is sleeping and then sneak out.
Doctor tells that Sarthak he is suffering from Psychological Derailment. Prateek's father calls for Vivaan and tells him that the spirit is erasing his memory as she has chosen him as her husband and that would make him slip into comma. Vivaan vows to save him at all costs. He goes and calls out for Mary and asks her to stop what she is doing to the kids as they are innocent. But Mary disappears from there. Vivaan goes to the abandoned room and tries to read Mary's past where she was dressing as a bride but someone came and told her that the groom has refused to come for the marriage and that shocked Mary so much that she committed suicide. He also sees how she was slipping into a coma but suddenly wakes up. Vivaan again talks to Mary and tells her that she should avenge herself with those people who hurt her and not with innocent people. He goes from there.
Meghna shouts at Vivaan for hurting Sarthak. Vivaan realizes that she had planted him there. He tells her that he was preparing for the morning's operation. He leaves from there and runs into Avni who tells him that Sarthak has slipped into comma. She asks him if all this happened because of Bloody Mary and Vivaan is shocked. Vivaan call Prateek's dad and updates him about the situation while Avni, Prateek and Rose are tensed about Sarthak. Rose says that they should not have called Bloody Mary at all. Yamini makes fun of them for believing in such rumors but Rose asks her to explain scientifically how else did Sarthak slipped into comma without any external or internal injuries.
