What an anti climax!! (Of course, I am happy - it went that way.)
All that gun toting and everything went poof! Only Jiji (congrats Payal your prediction was right) hit the mark!!
Three cheers for Jiji!
She can do champi (hair massage)
And out do Bunty Aur Bubli (Kamal and Nandini)
I do not know when the CVs plan to unravel Kamal's story. I think they might just skip it and leave it to our imagination😉
Today, they have wound up Nandini's story - along with that of Girish and Lavanya.
Have you ever seen someone speak and react, no matter what the situation, with a deadpan face?
No?
Then just watch Lavanya in Tumhari Pakhi
No matter which episode you pick - you will see that Lavanya has the same deadpan expression that is sometimes accompanied by her famous pout!
Today was the beginning of the end of Veer and Pakhi's story. Veer is the most level headed hero - he is aware of his shortcomings and is genuinely kind-hearted. He never preaches and if he ever doles out advice - it is couched as a suggestion. For the first time, I saw Pakhi see him for what he is without any preconceived misconceptions.
Whether she accepts him or not - it no longer matters to him. Veer has moved on, that was clear in his conversation with Lavanya and in the last scene - where Pakhi asks him whether she should accept what is and live in the present?
Veer walked off with his head high, not proud but with dignity - letting Pakhi make her own decisions. 😃
If today was the last day of TP - I would be happy with the ending! Veer with a smile moving on with his life, finding fulfillment in selflessly helping those in need. Whilst Pakhi is wondering whether it is worth living in the past or if it is time to move on? Now folks, I need not tell you the name of the person Pakhi is turning for advice, do I?
