Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Meher ATTACKS Arman upon hearing of the case reopening, Krish tries to pull Abhira

Myra is unhappy with Vani's presence:

The episode begins with Arman waking up disturbed by Abhira’s earlier allegation. Deeply shaken, he heads downstairs, lost in thought. Meanwhile, Abhira tries to convince Myra that Vani is not responsible for anything. Myra disagrees and says her birthday was spoiled because of Vani. Abhira firmly defends Vani, but Myra bluntly claims that Vani cannot be a good person since Arman and Abhira are both unhappy and in tears because of her. Abhira is left speechless by Myra’s harsh remark.

Meher tries to attack Arman:

Arman’s sudden appearance leaves Mittal shocked. Arman asks him to arrange Meher’s signatures on certain documents and signs them himself as well. When questioned, Arman reveals that he has decided to reopen Meher’s case. He explains that Abhira would never raise such serious doubts without reason and he intends to prove the truth to her. Meher overhears this conversation and tries to attack Arman in anger, but the staff intervenes and restrains her.

Arman confronts Mittal about his earlier silence. Mittal responds that he respects Arman’s values and agrees to support the case reopening. Arman is taken aback by this sudden cooperation. He makes it clear that he never shows mercy to the guilty and if Meher is found responsible, he will not hesitate to punish her. Later, Meher questions Mittal, who admits that his cooperation is only a strategy to win Arman’s confidence. He warns that even if evidence surfaces, he still has the power to twist the situation and bring ruin to Arman and the Poddar family.

Elsewhere, Kaveri talks to Myra about celebrating Makar Sankranti by flying kites. Myra refuses, saying there is no reason to celebrate while Arman and Abhira are unhappy. Kaveri gently urges her to help bring them together so the festival can be enjoyed as a family.

Armaan slams Krish:

Arman informs Abhira that Meher’s case has been reopened and that the Mittals are involved. Abhira feels hopeful that the truth will finally emerge, but Arman remains furious and tells her that he cannot forgive her for breaking his trust. Krish accuses Abhira of lying about Vani, but Arman exposes Krish’s intentions and warns him not to use Abhira for his manipulative plans again.

Later, Myra gives Arman his medicine and once again blames Vani for the family’s problems. Arman stops her and explains that Vani has faced many hardships in life and that everyone’s journey is different. Though confused, Myra eventually listens and helps Arman fall asleep. Abhira also retires for the night.

The next day, Arman chooses to go to his office to focus on Meher’s case, refusing to take part in the Makar Sankranti celebrations. Abhira comforts Vani, who is missing her parents, and decides to celebrate the festival by flying kites with her. Myra secretly overhears their conversation.

Footage from CCTV cameras recorded on the day of Rajat’s murder comes to light. Arman hesitates to proceed with the investigation, fearing that proving Meher’s guilt would mean he himself played a role in Anita’s death. Abhira grows increasingly worried and unable to find peace.
