I can't stand Daya-Shreya track & damage it has caused! (Note p.16

Then God knows who is that I***t who thought of this nonsensical romantic track with Daya...that ruined CID forever. 🤢 First I hated how they were showing those 'tender glances' and 'janam jaman ka saath dena' type dialogues. It went further...with Daya playing a doc...operating upon Shreya in a deserted chemistry lab through a hole in her top. 🤢

Then God knows who the h**l decided to createa rift between duo with Shreya as the cause...they came out with a silly reason that Shreya's dad has taken a debt from Sidharth's dad and then Shreya's mom getting a heart attack when Shreya tried to say that she doesn't want to marry Siddharth and then the engagement in all glory with Daya saving Siddharth from kidnappers. Wah wah...!!! Can it get more OTT than this. 🥱🤢

Now what? They pretend that it's all over and nothing ever happened between Daya and Shreya. But is it that simple? NO! With CID re-runs being shown at least 3-4 hours a day this track can never be erased from our minds. Over thelast few daysI switched on re-runs a few times. I saw the Matheran episode where Abhijeet started that rumaal baandho thing. I saw Shreya ka shaitaan where Abhijeet told Shreya he saved her for Daya. I saw that yuck scene of Shreya pretending to be preg. 🤢 I can't imagine that they expect us to erase everything from our minds and continue watching CID like nothing happened. That's just not possible. This is not the right way to conclude a track! These re-runs are like rubbing salt on one's wounds!

There was Purvi of Sr Inspctor Abhijeet with whom Daya had a breakup but she was there only for one episode and she never came back after that. So it's easy for us to assume that things didn't work out so they have called off their relationship. But that's not the case with Shreya. They have left the ends hanging with Abhijeet saying he'll sort it out etc etc and Shreya is still there! I can't stand her any more! Sorry Jhanvi/Shreya fans. Her character has ruined the way I look at CID and CID re-runs now. Iam hating episodes I previously liked...the painting chori for eg where duo did a lovely disguise.The presence of S in that scene made me cringe and switch off the TV. Watching her in the same frame as Daya now makes me sick! Even theJungle Darinda which always used tomake me laugh! 🤢

I don't know what...but I am not satisfied at how they have ended this track! 😡

Viewbie Shreya, I don't mean to bash. I have not spoken ill of Jhanvi in any way. It's rather unfortunate that a decent actress with a nice role got her character ruined by the CVs. But I cant wait to see InspShreya leave!

That's what! Yesterday Daya and Shreya were talking like the good old times before the track started. Come on...I am unable to digest it. This is why I hate linking up people within a team. If they take it forward with shaadi and all it'll turn into a daily soap and if they decide to call off this track it will still be awkward ( at least for the viewers). Couldn't they have brought in an outsider to be Daya's GF if they were sooo desperate to show romance on the show? At least we would have been spared this torture and the lady would have left by now. 🥱
