I can't stand Daya-Shreya track & damage it has caused! (Note p.16 - Page 3

i don't think DS track was a TRP puller for the show...CID's TRP started decreasing after giraaftaar series ,i think unneccessary entry of new cops also one of its reason...FW might have thought tht shreya ki shadi track will increase the TRPs bt they were proven wrong...instead of increasing,TRP went further down so they drop tht track without giving a proper ending to it. ...tracks like AT-DS are nt going to help them in anyway Trio are the biggest TRP puller for the show ,some good trio or duo centric episodes can only boost their TRPs...and with tht proper promotion is also needed...

I m not a fan of Janvi mam but I respect her. It's the character that's been utterly ruined and the creative team is responsible for it.

I am hating any post 2012 re-run episode or new episodes now because of the permanent damage which D-S track has done to the history of CID.

Exactly my point. This track is not that simple to get amnesia and move on. It's much more complicated. I can't watch cid any more with Shreya in it and pretend that everything is ok.

I don't feel there was any character assassination of Purvi or Freddy sir. Sure they didn't get the best of scenes, but I don't feel they hurt or acted negatively in any manner. Purvi rather showed a sign of respect by not interfering between the duo when she overheard them. And Shreya from the later scenes began to accept that the rift is her fault, so not much Purvi could've done anyway. Regarding Freddy sir, he loses all enthusiasm and gets clearly worried on seeing Daya sir's condition, and doesn't even accept the sweets from Dushyant later. And apart from the letter thing, I think Abhijeet sir did well supporting Daya sir as a friend and brother. I wish they had never been dragged into that track, but by and far the writers at least spared their characters from damage.

I am for to all abovee point's. Well, to be frank i Am not a fan of shreya ma'm ..Do she even posses any coppish body language?Fine. even if she had accquired little place in my heart, its ruined due to track.
JAnvi ma'm is good actor for sure. but surely not fit in CID.

Being a supporter of CID since begining, I am a fan of Abhijeet sir, Freddie sir and purvi.. I felt bad about dragging them in the track.
Fine by me, Dint ruin their charactr's.

They did a big mistake with this track. That's for sure. I have always been loyal to this show...I stood with it even thru the darkest days in 2010 when the stories were far more pathetic than they are now. The Shreya track killed my interest in this show. I was sitting thru it thinking they'll end it somehow but didn't think they would ever make duo fight over her. That was the worst thing they could have ever shown.

They have to come up with something extraordinary if they want me back as a fan now. And that shouldn't have Shreya anywhere for sure!
