At the beginning Puneet was overly diplomatic and hesitant to even say a bad thing about people to their face, behind their backs he would go full bitchy, and I absolutely hated that about him and still do. He used Guatam alot and has gained his trust and remained far in the game because of him. But the reservations that Puneet held before the Arya incident have gone, he now says it to their faces, he said 'duffarandoo' to Karishma, he would have never done that before so to a certain extent he's been supporting Guatam alot more openly, even though for his own gains. They may be using him, but in a game of everyone uses everyone, Gautam is clever enough to realize that at the end of the day you are alone, he knows that intimately. But the few people that he can remain connections with he will do that.
