The war between the Badshah of Bollywood and the Big B is the kind of stuff the Bollywood legend is made of. While it's been sometime since the two were pitted against each other, it looks like the feud is now heating up, fuelled by a 'Time Machine'.

SRK has now been replaced in Ram Gopal Varma's next project 'Time Machine' by the Big B and joining him will be Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan. E NOW got a confirmation from none other than Amitabh Bachchan himself.

"I think you need to ask this to Ram Gopal Varma, more than me. But, yes, we have spoken about the film and in future we will look into it." Looks like brand Bachchan is bigger than the brand SRK, at least in Ramu's books.

It's never been a secret that Ramu has never been much of an SRK fan. Irrespective of the fact that shooting for 'Time Machine' was supposed to start in 2006 with SRK and Kareena Kapoor, and then suddenly Ramu took a U-turn claiming the dark image of the film would not gel with SRK's clean cut image and decided to scrap the film completely, leaving the Badshah himself, a bit stunned.

"Like I said the films I do are important, the ones I don't are not. And truly so. See, directors come and tell me a story and they say you can fit into and then they come and say no we don't want you."

But, while Ramu claimed that he had completely scrapped 'Time Machine', 'Sholay' with Big B was yet to happen. But following two films back to back with brand Bachchan voila 'Time Machine' was ticking again this time with the senior Bachchan stepping into SRK's shoes. "He is such a powerhouse of talent so you tend to extract a performance which you have not seen. I am also an Amitabh fan," says Ram Gopal Varma.

But, we doubt that SRK is too heartbroken about not working with Ramu. Apparently, the King Khan was pretty miffed with Ramu for making some insensitive comments about best bud K-Jo's films. Guess with everyone happy in their own little camps, 'Time Machine' should be right on schedule this time around

I'm getting worried with all the films SRK has already...I wish he would confirm which one's he'll be doing.
