Roli tosses and turns on the bed restlessly. She is worried. Very worried. She just can't stop thinking about her elder sister, Simar. The injustice, the betrayal, everything is too unbearable. Simar doesn't deserve this. This has to stop, she can't just stand back and watch this happen.
"Stop it," says Siddhant quietly. Roli glances over at Siddhant, surprised. He is still asleep, eyes closed.
"What?" asks Roli.
"Stop worrying," he says, eyes still closed.
"How do you know that I'm worried?" asks Roli, stunned.
"You think I need to see you with my eyes to know that you're worried?" says Siddhant quietly.
Roli looks at Siddhant, his eyes still closed, half asleep. A grateful smile spreads across her face. He pulls her close, eyes still shut. She turns over and hugs him, feeling blessed to have someone like Siddhant by her side, to care for her, to love her...
