Despite her realization I know she did not credit Gautam for the good he did rather re-iterate the damage Tanna did which benefited Gautam. This isn't constructive, she seemed more upset at the fact Gautam came out looking good not that karishma said or did selfish things (if she genuinely cared she would have thanked Gautam in person and/OR not mentioned him to tanna when explaining to her what she did wrong)

Absolutely! People becomes so busy bashing when someone does wrong ..but barely takes the time to applaud when they does anything right!
