This is to inform you that EHT forum is suffering racist comments and prejudice remarks by a fellow member.

Its nice to be proud of lineage but to belittle others because it doesn't match your own is rude. Then of course you get away with it saying it was only bantering is definitely not funny. One may not understand our ways but one is also suppose to be apologetic when explained instead of holding onto the remark.

This obviously disturbs the healthy discussions in the forum.

I am also sharing a link of abusive remark made on me by the said member.

Please note: Closing down a thread is not helping. Please understand such post makers do not care if the thread is closed or kept open. They would care if these posts were deleted. They would care if they are warned to mind their language in a public forum. Keeping their posts alive in fact encourages their spirit to make more such posts.

i second the complaint..the member is getting increasingly abusive and making constant racist remarks, belittling other members and creating a negative environment in the forum..urgent request to the mods to take note of this and take action..as per the rules of India-Forums.com printed on every page:

India Forums does not permit posting of any content or material which is or can be construed as being

sexually explicit, po*nographic
offensive to any religion, race or community
abusive language or Derogatory Expressions.
violative of anothers Intellectual Property

this member is violating two of the forum rules and action ought to be taken immediately..

I am in complete agreement with the complaints against the alleged . The user has been constantly making racism remarks and further getting away using words such as tease or a banter . Its no joke to demean someone or their opinions just because it does not match what they want .

The user has used lot of swear words and derogatory remarks in every comment that's increasing at an alarming rate at every comment . Someone only who is undignified will be able to do this and its getting on our nerves .

The members of the EHT forum have always got along well in peace and cooperation and now we have this user we is violating not only the rules of the forum but even the discussions too .

As the above two members have already mentioned :

1. Closing a thread simple doesn't deter this people

2 . Please give open warnings to the user or else ban this user permanently .

Request the mods to take the proper action against this user so that we can continue with healthy discussions and keep up the dignity of the forum.

I have had a look at the posts in question, where I have not taken part in any form, and I agree that there are comments in there which are breaking the two rules mentioned by the members above. This should be investigated and action should be taken.

Not only EHT forum but many sections of IF have anti India comments. How come prompt action is npt taken on such racist and abusive posts? They start ugly country vs country wars.

EHT forum has lax moderation. Racism, plagiarism, abuse all went on and action was either not taken or taken too late.

Please step up action.

Well would really like the management to take some action here. The me member is continuously targeing the other members of EHT forums and has made many abusive posts on the forums.

The account of the member was once closed down but another account was made. The member goes to many forums mocking actors and pointing out members to have "poor English" or "learn grammar". Which is a severe personal attack against any member. And hence we request that a serious action must be taken again the member

I for one agree with the TM and the members here about the " abusive and racist " Comments used by the said member, they ate not only rude biased n instigating but are comometely UNJUST in the light of the "diminishing boundaries " existing between said nations and continents and I am not sure why this member is herself half Asian.

Pls look into the matter ASAP ..it's very very serious

I second the complaint! One has right to express their opinion but along with that dragging in Country's name and giving a generalised opinion about ppl of India and using abusive words in every sentence as if they replaces full stops needs to be looked upon!

i wud like to add tht personally that my post, which btw, had no abusive language, has been quoted thrice now, with increasing frequency of swear words and a personal attack during the last post..just because i am not stooping to answer back with similar language and intent, does not mean i am going to take a brat's nonsense lying down..immediate action shud really be taken against this member..
